I’m bright red for Lopez hijacking the Kambosis interview and suggesting he won. But fair play to Kambosis by the way he handled that. Lopez made a right tit of himself.

I chose Kambosos points on the poll - I just thought Kambosos was so up for it and Lopez didn’t seem quite right. A very satisfying result. What a clown Lopez and his Dad are. The crowd booed lopez’s comments.

Love an underdog victory especially with all the postponements.

Hearn has an option on him now so will likely fight Cordina or Barrett next. I’d rather the Cordina fight.
Good one
Hearn said he has no options on anyone.

What a fight, and a correct result!
Not sure how the hudge scored it for Teo, but the right decision at least.

Not gonna keep too many fans the way Lopez and his dad acted after the decision. Pretty classless.

He didn’t - he’s got an option on/deal with Ogawa now.

He did make a tit of himself but I’m putting a lot of it down to his deluded dad. His dad was telling him after every round that he’d won it so if that’s what he’s hearing then I’m not surprised he acted like he did.

He needs someone to be honest with him. It reminded me a little of the Tunde/Yarde reaction after the first Arthur fight although I though the winner of the fight last night was more clear cut than Yarde/Arthur.

When your dad is telling you you’re winning the rounds you’re not, then he’s gonna think ‘I’ll continue doing more of that’.. which in fact is not winning him rounds.

I was thinking the exact same thing. The only thing that was missing was his old man bellowing 'lions in the camp'.

There're more similarities with Norman Stone, who also said the stuff like 'F*ck this guy up'.

Yeah good point. Or like Pepe Correa in Lennox's corner "go knock this bum out." Their advice is as useful as those drunk birds in the crowd who shout "hit 'im!" "Knock 'im aaaaaaattttt!!!"

Sometimes you need that kind of rubbish to get a fighter fired up. This wasn’t the case though with Senior as he was saying ‘knock this fornicator out in the next round but settle down’.

Watched this on delay without knowing the result and what a great fight - right up there with the best of the year for me.

Great showcase of the beauty of boxing, as beforehand I fully expected Lopez to have Kambosos out of there in 3/4 rounds and had dismissed the Aussie as a bit delusional, but 12 rounds later I was transformed into a complete fanboy! Unbelievable mental strength, courage and class (in his post-fight conduct).

By contrast Lopez and his father were just a disgrace. First thing he needs to do is dump the old man, but hard to see that happening...

Great fight, I thought Kambosos was quality and won that on my cards. Lopez and his dad didn't come across well, poor losers with no class.

Fantastic upset win for Kambosos jnr :salut:

George was so fired up for this fight and I nearly fell off my sofa when he scored that spectacular knockdown in the first round :D

He showed excellent sharpness and a potent jab for the first 9 rounds. Faltered somewhat in the 10th but more than matched Lopez in the final 2 rounds.

Well deserved victory and amazing self belief.

Lopez's attitude and behaviour stinks. Delusional cock !

Insanely good call. Think we all knew how much Kamboses wanted it but I just assumed Teo would be way to good for him; to the point that on Teo’s bad day and Kamboses’ best ever performance would still be a 8/4 Lopez.
Think most of us warned to Ferocious but not many picked him.

Thanks man. Kambosos just looked so hyped and focused. . I only put a tenner in him as I’m trying not to bet lol

But I love the underdog and it was also a great fight. Credit to Lopez except that he ruined it in the interview

Worst corner work I’ve seen is, in no particular order…

“Lions in the camp”- every second of every round

“Brilliant AJ”- seemingly every time usyk Smacked him with a strait right.

“Slow down, take your time take your time, why the fuk haven’t you knocked this mother fuker out yet? Finnish it already” -after the first round when teo had gone for a round one ko and got dropped.

They're not always the best, but the Aussies are always rock hard.
