Fully agree. Weird though it hasn’t been formally announced.

Yeah. He seems to make a decision and then will say anything to defend it.

You may have seen it but Jordan also gave FW a roasting on the Sheeraz fight. Not sure what FW could have done about it but I got the impression that Jordan hasn’t actually watched the fight - he said something along the lines of ‘Skeete was hammering him’ which wasn’t exactly the case.

I think Sheeraz is probably right that he would have stopped him but it doesn’t change the fact he should have been DQ’d.

Yeah - he was their owner. No idea why he thinks he’s a boxing expert. Part of what he does is just to be controversial I think to create click bait headlines.

Boxing Scene has confirmed that the Sky Sports doubleheader that’ll feature the Eubank-Williams and Shields-Kozin contests will be rescheduled for February 5 at Motorpoint Arena in the capital city of Wales. That show, which will be available via FITE.tv outside of the United Kingdom, has been pushed back one week, from January 29 to February 5, because the British Boxing Board of Control recently canceled all January shows in the UK due to growing concerns over COVID-19.

I don’t understand why they haven’t changed venue to England? The flannels in the Welsh Government have banned crowds from sporting events, can’t see that changing by 5th February.

It’s probably because they don’t want to take the piss with the fans. It’s already been moved once and if they move it to a different country a week later then it’s not a great look.

There will be people who’ll lose money on travel/hotels for both missed dates.

Not the promoters fault but I’d be pretty pissed off if the show ended up in London so lose out on travel, hotel, ticket booking fee etc.

Don't listen to TS these days, but from previously listening and seeing clips on Twitter he does seem to know what he's talking about to be fair when it comes to boxing.

There`s virtually nothing indoors in Bristol apart from Sports centres etc,although having been to the Motorpoint Arena recently I wasn`t impressed by that either,just reminded me of a School sports hall.

Eubank is 2-1 on favourite

I haven't listened for a while but always liked Jordan who seems very knowledgeable on a range of sports and is a boxing fan

I listen to TS most days.

Jordan loves the sound of his own voice. He revels in impressing listeners with big words.

But his arguments are generally bang on and he definitely knows his boxing. He also holds genuine opinions and stands by them.

He held Robert Smith to account well. He also told Kell Brook directly that he thought he would lose to Khan. A lot of pundits wouldn't be so forthright.
