Anybody watching? Crawford winning so far but Canelo is competitive despite having slowed a lot since I last saw him

Tbf neither are really ‘proper’ SMWs like Froch & Calzaghe were. Both have come up a lot of weights to end up here.

Just was the BBC round by round coverage, what a result! Looking forward to catch up with it.

Other than fight Bivol (surely a step too far) I don't see what else there is for Bud.

A brilliant career & he deserves to go home & be the King of Nebraska.

Ditto Canelo, what is there for him? He hasn't stopped anyone in ages & people who go the distance with him are either retiring or getting walloped soon after.

Yep, that's my take as well.

And so it proved... Bud's movement and timing negated any size advantage Canelo had and the latter looked increasingly one-dimensional and frustrated as the fight went on. Loved the fact that Crawford was willing to mix it as well when it mattered. Genuinely surprised at those who saw it as a close fight and that Smith comment is absurd.

Would love him to retire now (and Kellerman definitely needs to be put out to pasture!).

Surely a step too far at 38yrs old? I want Benavidez to get Canelo.

Anyone calling for Crawford to fight Bivol or Benavidez must not like him. They would destroy Bud.
