Those are definitely the names he should face, but most importantly he needs to stay active. He's still a young, developing fighter. As good as he is. He may well be ready for the biggest and best names already, but he shouldn't just wait around until he gets them. He needs to stay active.

I'm getting to really like Itauma as an acca booster. So long as Mak doesn't beat Fury on points or hold him to a draw I'll have made some money on him tonight, which would've been a lot more had Franklin stopped him.

You need to watch it back on TV when you get home. That guy was KO'd on his feet and Itauma still got a free shot on him. Then he was flat on his face.
It doesn't matter how much of a fan I am of a boxer and how much I want them to be given a chance to win. If that happens to them I want it stopped.

Thus it was a British stoppage. Count then look in his eyes. Does this really still need to be explained?
I think the stoppage was correct in this instance.
But if Moses was in the same position, he would have been given a slow count and probably another 20 seconds of checks before being allowed to carry on if remotely capable. A British continuance, if you will.
I think he should have been given until the count of ten and assessed. Like Fury against Wilder in the first fight.

I think the deed was done when that uppercut and extra punch landed for good measure, but it infuriates me when referees don't make use of the full count

What a KO from Itauma, nearly decapitated Franklin, he's a lot more than a KO artist though Itauma, great composure, patient stalked Franklin, loved his variation, not just his shot selection but the way he varies the speed and power in his shots, the jab, left hand and right hook are lightening quick, his feinting is tremendous, kept Franklin guessing all the time, rapid right hook dropped him in the 3rd, Itauma stayed calm then got rid in the 5th, uncorked a beauty of a left uppercut that left Franklin out on his feet then a right for good measure

He looked great, as others have said his speed, feints and power will be a problem for anyone. Still hasn’t been tested so holding back from calling him the next greatest HW in boxing history. His chin not really checked, no fight that got tough or really put him under pressure and we haven’t seen him in the later rounds etc. But so far so good, great to have someone that young and exciting to watch at HW

I’ve read a lot of people calling for big baby Miller but I think that’s completely pointless. Assuming he won’t face Kabayel or other prospects, I wouldn’t be too averse to Parker. A legit stoppage of him would be the most impressive thing on his record.

Torres has been after it for a while but I don’t see it happening. Probably Gassiev.

And those who will take the fight will want compensation.
Hughie Fury is a good match - easy sell, Fury has a good chin. It would still be another ‘can Itauma stop him' type fights like Franklin.
Guido Vianello - decent, good chin. Beatable. Prob be expensive to get him over though.
Kevin Lerena - a sort of name. Some ability. Would get blasted out in a few rounds probably.
Otto Wallin - not been stopped. Ok boxer. No fire power. Would get stopped brutally….
David Adeleye - can punch at least
