Bonavena all the way Ringo was never given his props, he was right up there as one of the great contenders who could have been a champion in any other era.

Tough pick since Coetzee was so inconsistent. Could have been a Cooney 1st round blowout or Coetzee winning a beat-down in about the 12th round. I would go with the later.

My hypothetical: Billy Conn vs. Archie Moore

Moore catches up with Conn, trapping him on the ropes early in the 12th round. Conn is in real danger.
He lasts the round, almost crashing to the canavs.

Moore manages to land a hard shattering cross and two left hooks that sends Conn down.

Conn was leading on two judges cards by two rounds. Though he is soundly counted out.

Moore KO 13.

henry cooper has to much for the young spinks and ko's him in the late rounds with enry's ammer

Two legendary power hitters...unfortunately neither one had that power when they moved on up to heavyweight, unless the competition was weak and/or unranked (Spinks-Cooney for example)...but I've always been more partial to Bob Foster, he was the first man to cut Ali and hell he knocked out the legendary Dick Tiger...Spinks just out pointed an older Larry Holmes...I see Foster winning by kayo inbetween the 12th and 15th rounds...

Calzaghe has too much for the old, faded version of Leonard that was a supermiddle. Heck, Calzaghe might even be the faster man at this point.
