It's a brilliant fight tbf, both men just wailing away, surely watching live your expecting Shavers to eventually get Lyle out of there

Sure looked it after that freakin' knockdown. Lyle later said it was like the "canvass rose up" to meet him.

Nah was a bit of a bore imo, not a lot of clean work, I've never liked Bugner's style and having watching a lot more of Lyle recently too he's not always exciting and a bit crude, some really good wins though

Vincent Releford vs Michael "Stinger" Johnson 140lbs

While the participants weren't exactly great fighters, the fight itself was quite good and Im sure I mentioned it before.
Releford was a regular on Sugar Rays Golden Gloves, though I can't remember what state hes from.Johnson was from Ann Arbor Mi.
Lots of action. At one point,Johnson leans over the ropes to vomit.
But he rallies back to stop Releford.
Johnson fought another back and forth fight in Sterling Heights Premiere Center to a draw with Richard Burden. He somehow punched a quarter sized hole in the side of his head.

Pick your film cliché.......There Will be Blood, The Hurt Locker or maybe Charge of the Light Brigade
Two friggin' tough guys who came to punch and I just wish Neary had not been so macho/learned a few moves.
