My father used to make some great breakfast potatoes. Jeri learned years ago to make them exactly like my father did. When I eat Jeri's potatoes it's like my dad is in the kitchen with us. No one else can make them quite like Jeri. :bow:

Paulie, I love onions in my potatoes!!! There is a place nearby, on the border of Pico Rivera and Downy on Telegraph Rd and Rosemead blvd on the Downey side, called Arthur's, that makes great potatoes O'Brien, with onions and bell pepper. I like it when the onions get a little burnt.

Anybody like Chorizo con Papas (chorizo with potatoes)? One of the best ways to eat potatoes in the morning.
