excellent weigh in, enjoyed that. team frampton obviously on edge, both fighters look in great condition, quigg perhaps looking a bit less weight drained but no one in the skelator hatton type condition.

good head to head, relatively respectful. i think we are in for a cracker while it lasts, maybe both fighters getting hurt but im seeing quigg winning by stoppage in 6-8 rounds!!

Frampton is my favourite fighter but McGuigan gets on my tits! he fills Framptons head with hype and nonsense and I think Carl is starting to buy into it a little too much. The closer the fight gets the more I fancy Quigg (hope I'm wrong). He seems in the zone and more at ease with the event and the circus surrounding it. I hope Carl doesn't carry any animosity into the ring and sticks to his boxing. His best chance is to keep the head and box n move. Quigg looks as if it'll take something special to stop him.

Frampton lookin in good nick there, n seemed a bit more calmer, Frampton on pts for me, have been changing my mind every day lol n great that all Scott's fans turned up for the weigh in

Hmmmm. Here are my thoughts on weigh in:

1. The McGuigans and Frampton come across as arrogant and slightly nasty / bullying. I live in Battersea so have seen that lot a lot. Frampton was always a bit aloof, swaggering down the street with his small body trying to not to be unbalanced by the enormous swede he has resting on his neck.

Shane McGugan who I spoke to several times, comes across as very decent, even shy. Maybe it's all gone to his head a bit.

Barry i have met several times and has always been unfriendly and a bit of a tool

2. Both fighters looked drained, but Quigg looked like a different person.... He genuinely looked like a concentration camp victim. So Gaunt.

3. Fast, gay and Camp Eddie Hearns (sic) looks like an oversized, aged, teenage groupie, waving his hands, clapping and acting unprofessionally.

My takeaway is this - simply that I soooooo hope Quigg wins. He seems a more gentle, earthy guy. Frampton just come as a big headed (literal and metaphorical) bully...

What will happen - I always thought Frampton had this until their contrasting last fights.... I think it's a genuine 50/50 fight now. No idea who wins. But I hope Quigg!
