Something I saw said it would be a "free to air platform", with any luck Dave again.

If Briggs is on the undercard it might be quite something

He's supposed to be on the Burns undercard in Glasgow on the same night so doubt it.

Ill be recording this dross and quickly watching it the following morning. It's the same night and possibly the same time as the Burns DiRocco and Povetkin Wilder cards. Sometimes the Russian cards start and finish a little earlier but they could clash.

This fight is towards the end of May. Why so long between fighting an inept opponent last time out? For me Haye isnt bothered about a title fight, just keep fighting bums and filling the cash register.

When he beats this novice with the padded record where will that put him in rankings? Number 1? Then whos next and when? Haye knows what hes doing and hes conning the great british public who are following him like baby lambs. Hes the new age Robin Hood, taking and keeping himself.

Not sure on any details I've just heard Hearn and Briggs both mention that he'll be on the card. I'm hoping its against Cornish but I won't hold my breath.

I've got nothing against Flintoff, but the documentary and subsequent 'fight' was absolute rubbish. All it demonstrated was how hard Freddie Flintoff, who is financially stable and didn't have to make weight, found it to train for 1 fight. Nothing about holding down a job while training three times a day, and shifting tickets in the run up to the fight, like the majority of boxers have to.

What about the actual fight? You thought that promoted boxing well? 4 x 2's against an opponent who backed off as soon as he had Flintoff in trouble? It was one of the only fights I've seen that genuinely looked fixed. It was a absolute farce, and the board will ill-advised to allow it. If i remember rightly, Joe Public were calling for Audley versus Flintoff straight after. Oh dear.

The only purpose that documentary served was to earn Flintoff and McGuigan a few quid.

Cynical or not, Haye donating 10% to Nick Blackwell is good.

Yeah you can't knock the guy for that. Nice touch. He's shown a bit of class with this gesture.

I'm sure this thread used to have another title, I wonder if it's been changed by the OP?

Radical I know, but all the evidence seems to indicate this is the case.

At least Haye is up front with it, he's picked two opponents thus far selling them both on the basis of their unbeaten records.

It's preferable to a the cr^p we get from Peter Fury regarding Hughies opponents, 'a top 15/top 10/top 5 opponent will be announced next week etc etc, guess what they've pulled out despite us offering a career high purse, a substitute will be announced, and yes it's fat semi retired trialhorse, but he's never been stopped, look at our matching tracksuits and private jet'

I think this will attract the same crowd as went to the last fight, who just want to watch Haye smash someone to pieces.

God knows why anybody would part with their money for that, but each to their own.

My guess is Haye will get a shot at someone big after this, without facing off against anyone of note beforehand.

I think he'll go for the title shot most likely if it's big enough money.

Browne would have been ideal, as Haye would most likely have chinned him in quick order, but that option may shortly disappear.

Joshua, I think right now I'd favour Haye, but every learning fight Joshua has shortens those odds, and even now Joshua has the power to put him to sleep very quickly if he can land big early.

All about the benjamins. Simple as, if the money is right, Haye will look for the title.
