And Scott has a totally different stlye than AJ, Parker, Wilder, etc. They will all be punching more and moving less...Horse wrote:People are criticising Ortiz, but Scott would be a top 5 win for pretty much every fighter in the division except for Wladimir.

handsofstone wrote:Pathetic fight from both men but especially Scott who should be ashamed of himself, never even tried to win a round and goes to the floor at every chance, I feel a bit of sympathy for Ortiz because Scott was in survival mode X2 but Ortiz plodded constantly and allowed Malik to slip out of danger too easily his feet are too slow, the left to the body that put Scott down for the 3rd time was a beauty though I loved that shot
The real issue tonight was the refs extra long count and the fact he helped Scott to his feet,he should be sacked,if somehow Scott was to have won then I'd imagine there would be uproar from Ortiz and Fast Eddie
Scott talks so much sh*t too.

A fighter can't go the distance without being hyped? Not many fighters have 100 percent KO record throughout there entire career. There's fighters on every record that just try to survive.ginty wrote:because the hype around ortiz had him as the uncrowned champworld ranked wrote:Why would anyone discredited Ortiz off one performance. Maybe Ortiz`won't be avoided after that. He would destroy most of the heavyweights out there. Parker and Wilder both get knocked out. AJ? Who knows.

We rarely get to see any decent match ups at HW - Wilder v Povetkin was one I was really looking forward to, but surprise surprise didn't happencrusader wrote:And Scott has a totally different stlye than AJ, Parker, Wilder, etc. They will all be punching more and moving less...Horse wrote:People are criticising Ortiz, but Scott would be a top 5 win for pretty much every fighter in the division except for Wladimir.

How can you look good agaisnt a guy who runs the entire fight? I've not seen a fighter that scared in the ring since Audley Harrison.

Does anyone believe Ortiz is the best heavyweight in the world because I'm trying to find who's are these people who saying Ortiz is a hype job.
Who hyping him other than his promoter : which is what they suppose to do.
