The Flanagan fight won't happen because of Joe Gallagher.

Linares has been done.

Mikey Garcia is a gross mismatch.

Robert Easter ????? He won't come over here.
He SHOULD though - it's his best payday/lowest risk option, Shirley ? Plus gain valuable experience of fighting away from home.

I think Taylor would beat all 4 of those at this stage. I think he's our most exciting prospect.

Was near the back of the MEN tonight (impressive venue), had it 6-5 burnd going into 12th but crolla last for 114-114.

Might see it differwnt watching back. Didn't think it was a good fight tbh.

Someone else agreeing with me on the 12th then , thought I was well outvoted on that on here last night :TU:

Also didn't think it was anything special as a fight .

Thought Burns won the 12th easily, probably his best round, I thought Froch mustve been on the glue when he gave it to Crolla, just goes to show you

Well done to them for putting on a really good fight. Crolla has had many good fights against British opponents.

This has been a very good era for UK lightweights and with Campbell’s strong performance vs Linares in America can continue to be good.

And obviously there’s Terry Flanagan out there who looks difficult to beat.

Course he should. I just can't see it.

Personally think he would have too much for Crolla right now. But he is has a huge frame for the weight. His full potential will be realised at 140 or even 147. He needs to move up right now but he won't because he has a belt.

I have just watched the fight again and still for the life of me see how Burns won the 12th ?

Cleaner work and more volume for Crolla , but there again I thought that of most of the rounds .

Oh and the massive right that Burns shipped about 1min 5 seconds into the round that Smith didn't even mention ( good job Froch had his eyes open )

I think they will offer Burns a fight with Campbell to keep things in house and give the winner another claim to get a WT shot. I don't expect Garcia to come back down as there are bigger money fights and legacy fights at LWW.

Flannagan isn't getting the fights because he's not marketable. I know him personally and as nice a lad he is, he's dull as fornicate and he knows it. Just a normal estate lad, still lives on the estate.

Does't strike you as a World Champion whereas Crolla (when he was ) did

It's sad really with Flanagan , it shouldn't matter an eff about charisma , if are good enough , you are good enough .

Think it's more down to bad promotion tbh

It's bad promotion mixed with him just being dim. Zero personality, cracking lad who does a lot of the local community though very humble
