Hope he can find a way to give it one last chance.
There is a rematch clause.
Feels too decisive for it to sell again. And Smith surely won't fight him at 168 or anything north of 160.
Smith said something along the lines of 157 at Anfield, CE clearly cant even make 160 anymore I'd say.

Was it David's Haye prediction of Eubank jr winning?

Very surprised to see Smith stop him.
Was it the speed as much as the weight that got Eubank? It's the punches you don't see etc ..

That's what I expected Liam Williams to have done to Eubank.

Chuffed for Smith - despite a solid record, he is still a very underrated fighter.

Matty Harris and tba What a stunning spectacle of the fine art.
Seconds before encryption I wonder how many people decided to ppv afterwards?

The referee had to be at the top of his game for that fight .....

I wouldn't be interested in a rematch, not sure Eubank would be either

Agree. Why does everything need a rematch? It's done, move on in whichever direction is left open.

He’s on a killer mean streak!

I rate him much more than than I did a few years ago. When he was with Frank.

Dear oh dear. Didn't see it, did Eubank seem drained or has Smith turned into a killer puncher? Has he changed trainers, not followed his career dor a while.

Tough fir Eubabk now, will Benn Jr even wany the fight now after the damage done to chris' rep?

Skills pay the bills, Eubank struggles against the guys he can't overpower.

Yeah something tells me that there would be some money in that fight for both guys which is odd. Can’t see that fight ending well for Brook at all.

jr is all about ego and arrogance - cant box and has never had the power to bother any of the top boys anyway .
No doubt all the physchophants who think the sun shines out of his ass will just move onto another fake tosser to worship.

Let's put things in perspective, it's about levels, and Jnr is still a good fighter.

Stunned :oo

Shocking loss for Eubank jnr. I didn't see that coming in a million years. I'd be ditching Roy Jones double quick and try and salvage the final part of his career.

Congratulations to Liam Smith  A no nonsense performance, hurt Eubank jnr and then wrapped up things brilliantly :salut:

I think I'd agree. RJJ was blessed with something that I don't think you can teach to everyone and it looks like he's tried to teach it and Eubank just can't pull it off, leaving him exposed.
Didn’t a similar thing happen with P Whittaker and Zab?

Can't help but feel sorry for Eubank Jr, he's had a horrendous last 18 months or so, losing Seb and Sr getting sectioned, bad loss here, he's one of the most mentally tough guys in boxing, I'm sure he'll be back for the rematch but he's got to stop fckn about with that RJJ style

If he fought in his old style he could have done much better.

Eubank best win for me is still Nick Blackwell. He's built a career of fighting shot fighters way past their best. I would imagine there will be some kind of rematch, Smith will fight at a higher weight if the money is great.

I have seen a few of Eubank sparring Partners in the build up on insta and they arent even British level makes you think if he goes cheap on the sparring.

Thank god Benn didn't happen, can you imagine if Benn did that. Benn hype machine would have been mad and sell out Stadiums afterwards

Happy days, nice payout :TU: wonder why Smith was such an underdog? Bookies often get boxing odds way off IMO
