I had a look at his record. He started early as a pro and fought some of the best. Sadly, he's all but forgotten today.

I don't think he's related to Emille, however Il Duce may be just the sort who could tell us if there is a sordid "familial" relationship or not. And if he doesn't really know...he can always just make somethin' up and post it here.
