No, I'm answering the biggest draw question.... AJ sells more than Tyson now, undoubtedly. Put them together, they raise the bar.

Plenty of fights have seen individuals come together and raise the bar - but that doesn't mean they get 50/50.

As it stands Carlos Takam has fought in front of a bigger crowd than Tyson Fury ever has.

Ok, tell Sky that. They want Tyson. Maybe 20m extra in the uk pot, God knows how much worldwide. Are you actually a grown up?

But Joshua is the draw. They want Joshua Fury - course they do, just as they wanted Froch Groves. But Froch was the bigger name, the bigger draw, and got bigger money.

Mate, please, are you serious? Do you have any concept of economics? Fury couldn't sell a ticket at the Manchester stadium for the Klitschko rematch. What makes you think he is worth 50% commercial value of someone that breaks PPV records and sells out Wembley?

What really does Fury bring to the table?

Oh great, Joshua has to spunk 50% of the money he generates, just because people want to see Joshua knock Fury out? I appreciate that the fans are important in this equation, but as a fan, only to a certain degree.

Be that as it may, we're talking about 50-50 split. Now if someone in the Fury camp was saying 40-60 as a starting point, I would think negotiations can get off the ground. But if they're pricing themselves out of the fight from day one, then what? They Fury's are a nightmare to work with, and have far too much pride for their boots. They need his banker, and a savvy business person to be there with him when the negotiations are taking place.

Everyone wanted to see Mayweather Pacquiao but Floyd still got 60/40. Likewise everyone wanted De La Hoya Mayweather and Oscar was paid more than twice as much. On a domestic level Froch Groves II was the biggest fight in ages; Froch was paid four times what Groves made.

When the biggest fight economically speaking in history didn't have a 50/50 split you can guarantee this one won't.

I'd guess they were easy to work with. Who's his banker?

Groves wasn't generally regarded as the champion of the world, though.

Come on, beating Charles Martin doesn't make you the champ! Parker and Wilder have at least as much claim to it. Or have I forgotten something?

If your point is that most people didn't regard Groves as the champion then on what basis is Fury regarded as the champion by 'most people.' He's not fought in coming up to two and a half years, has been stripped of his titles, admitted to a drug ban, been stripped of his licence, and on several occasions retired. The Ring title is getting stripped any minute as he's still not got an opponent, and even then he'll be stripped when that's announced (if it ever is) given he'll be in with someone like Briggs or Sexton.

Your lack of really, really basic economics here suggests you might just have an agenda Mick.

Jerk, you've been exposed on here.... Yes, poor Tyson took a plea bargain. He has also never lost his titles in the ring. They took one off him straight after he'd won it! He will box soon, don't worry about that. Would anyone be as bad as Martin? I think Sexton and Briggs could do him.

Joshua is clearly going to get more than 50/50. If you don't agree you're either stupid or simply advertising yourself as having an agenda.

As has been said, Joshua fills stadiums and breaks records against a guy Tyson couldn't shift 10,000 tickets for. In terms of money, popularity counts, and Joshua has it. No matter what your mates say, Tyson is largely seen as a bit of a joke. On his own a fight with Takam would probably fail to sell half the seats at Manchester Arena whilst Joshua fills a 75k stadium.

I honestly have to watch what I say with you because I'm not sure you're not a bit slow. Tyson won't fight for less, money is not his God. He's always had money. Hearn and Sky will beg for the fight once the real champ knocks a few out. Trust me.

Tyson won't be fighting for 50/50 because Joshua will rightly never agree to it. You know this, but your weird Fury obsession means you can't admit it.

As has been said, you couldn't create a bigger fight than Mayweather Pacquiao but that still had a 60/40 split. If Tyson won't budge Joshua will carry on earning millions in stadiums fighting the likes of Wilder and Pulev whilst Tyson can sit on his arse tweeting his ever decreasing fan base telling them he's the man.

Won't fight for less but money not his God. If he only cared about being seen as the true champion he'd take the short side and prove how right he was all along surely?

Quite simple really, because he doesn't have to. Fury needs him, not the other way around. Joshua would be a fool to concede terms to fury.
