BT boxing nation dream team commentary / pundits are still going great guns, even with Ron Mackintosh, who is a giant Buffoon.

I reckon to Floyd most people are just fairly insignificant. I also think he was more focussed on his fighter.

You could see Liam felt the power in the first round and thought oh my God i've underestimated this bloke .
Yeah, watching the replay, Walsh really should have been stopped after the first knockdown, he was all over the gaff.

That jacket of Floyd's is truly hideous, it's like he's taken style tips from 5 different 1980's prostitutes and designed a jacket based on them.

He's a proper kunt isn't he

He seemed to be annoyed that Ron referred to him as Floyd Mayweather Jr and corrected him but I couldn't quite make out what he said.

He said something like 'I'm not Floyd Mayweather Jr. My father is Floyd Mayweather, and I'm Floyd Mayweather as well'. Think it was something like that anyway.

Sums him up really - he's asked a question about Davis/the fight in between rounds, and his first reaction is to correct Ron on how he wants to be addressed

Think he said his father is Floyd Mayweather and he is Floyd Joy Mayweather. Then Ron called him that when they interviewed him again. Ever the professional is big Ron.

He's lucky Ron's trying to make a good impression in his new job. You don't wanna upset Ron, he can turn in an instant.

Anyone see the video on boxing scene of the tube in a Team Walsh t-shirt throwing a pint over Floyd? Celebrated and getting high fives for doing it. People like that put me off taking the missus and kids to see boxing. Should be banned.

Never really had a good impression of the Walsh fans when I've been to a fight where they've been boxing on.

No I haven't seen that video, but that is grim if it's true. Floyd isn't too popular but he is one of the greats, and it's an embarrassment to have him treated like that in this country. When Davis jumped on the ropes at the end, I thought I saw some object fly past his head, but the commentators didn't mention it so I was really hoping it was nothing.

Whilst I agree with the above, I have to admit with guilt that I enjoyed it.... Mayweather is a prime bellend and it's good to see his ego dented

Floyd should be put in the stocks at all public appearances and punters, after making a small donation to charity, would be invited to throw various foodstuffs at him.

I would also include faecal waste and pints of urine! After all - he needs some humbling!

Plastic glasses of beer were been thrown after the stoppage. And the clown that threw his pint over Floyd should have been found kicked out and banned from future shows.

Regardless of a few divs amongst them though I still think the Walsh brothers are decent people who have a good look on things & handled themselves well at the presser

"Those who want respect, give respect"

Floyd's a classless chav, all the money in the world can't change that. A pint of beer is harmless enough and is a fair indication of the contempt for his personality that most ordinary boxing fans have.

Pretty much all the Walsh fans were well behaved I thought. The Pigford fans on the other hand, what a bunch of tools. They all chucked beer in the air when he came out and most of them were hammered when I got there at about 7.
A couple of people started chucking beer in the ring when Liam Walsh was stopped then a few more knobs thought it would be funny if they followed suit. I think the bloke that threw the beer at Mayweather did get slung out but by that time the main event was over and it seemed a bit pointless.
You always get dickheads at boxing, that's never going to change. But Saturday night wasn't too bad, I've been to a lot worse.
