PPV Undercard Press Release
Four big heavyweight fights in one historic night at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Three can’t-miss heavyweight showdowns have been added to the televised PPV undercard of the highly anticipated third fight between WBC and lineal heavyweight world champion Tyson “The Gypsy King” Fury and former heavyweight world champion Deontay “The Bronze Bomber” Wilder.
In the 10-round co-main event, 2016 Nigerian Olympian “The One and Only” Efe Ajagba will take on fellow unbeaten Frank “The Cuban Flash” Sanchez. The PPV telecast also includes the 12-round rematch between Finland’s Robert “The Nordic Nightmare” Helenius and Polish star Adam “Babyface” Kownacki, who was stopped by Helenius in the fourth round of their first bout in March 2020.
The eight-round PPV opener will see Toledo-born Jared “The Real Big Baby” Anderson step up in class against undefeated Russian contender Vladimir Tereshkin.
Anderson (9-0, 9 KOs) has not tasted the final bell as a professional, a dominant run that began with a first-round stoppage in his pro debut less than two years ago. He has five first-round knockouts and became the breakout star of the MGM Grand Las Vegas Bubble, where he went 5-0. After closing out his Bubble run with a sixth-round knockout over Kingsley Ibeh, Anderson returned April 10 with a second-round blitzing of Jeremiah Karpency. Anderson was Fury’s primary sparring partner for the Wilder rematch and will serve in the same capacity for the trilogy bout. Tereshkin (22-0-1, 12 KOs) a 6’6 southpaw, is a 14-year professional who has won 14 consecutive fights since the lone draw on his ledger.
Tickets for Fury vs. Wilder III are on sale now and can be purchased at
www.t-mobilearena.com or
www.axs.com. The event is promoted by Top Rank, BombZquad Promotions, TGB Promotions and allegedly’s Queensberry Promotions. A Premier Boxing Champions presentation.

Did Trump invent racism?
What's with the whining and crying? Did the following perhaps happen: Your dad never taught you to lace your shoes, your mom never taught you how to clean a plate, your teachers at school taught you a bunch of useless junk and then you developed the idea that you were going to be treated like a princess your whole life and become filthy rich and famous without ever contributing anything to the world? And then it didn't happen so you are angry and need someone to blame, heck if you cry loud enough you may get your millions and the respect that you deserve right?

Is there a rematch clause? I have a feeling that Wilder will KO Fury. Don't bet the farm on Fury...A lot of ;people in this forum will be disappointed with the result.

what was your 'feeling' about what would happen last fight bruh? and if your feeling last time was the opposite of what happened, maybe you should do the opposite of what your gut tells you -- it works perfectly!
is this all 3 fights now you picked wilder? just keep picking him till he gets it , that the strategy my man? if fury beats him and they fight a 4th time, he still needs only that 1 right hand! it's so easy

a full fighting fit fury is not stepping into a right hand swung down from alabama.
if wilder not just recently learned how to box he has zero chance to win.
fury will beat him up again. probably faster.

Keep an eye out next few days.

Just see the listing is no longer there. I searched the web a bit and saw nothing on it being cancelled. Thought maybe one of you smart blokes might have had some info.

I wouldn't write off Wilder even if the most likely outcome is he gets dominated and stopped.
Wilder was in a position to make generational wealth against Joshua but for reasons known only to him decided to fight Fury for a fraction of the money resulting in the loss of his mega payday.
If Fury is about to make the same stupid mistake and hand back the unification mega-money to Deontay that he stole away from him, there's a part of me thinks that would be poetic justice.
People say he had no choice but to fight Wilder, but I don't believe it. I don't believe the arbitration decision would be immediately enforceable because it would have caused massive financial harm (loss of the unification) which US Law would not permit. Team Fury made no attempt to offer step-aside, and the speed with which contracts were signed for the third fight, indicates plans were aready in place when the verdict was announced. The entire demeanour of Team Fury while Hearn was trying to finalize the unification showed they didn't want or expect him to succeed.
Fury's mood was buoyant when the unification collapsed. One could easily conclude Fury didn't want to fight Joshua. I still can't believe Fury is afraid of Joshua, so the alternative is that he believes Wilder is a fly to be swatted, and then he can deal with Joshua. Much better to thrash him than to waste money buying him off. Pride comes before a fall so they say. We shall see.

I wanted to see badly Joshua vs Wilder, and then Fury vs Joshua, but the way this is working out a 4-man tournament is not so bad imo. Hopefully it will be really good, and something we will talk about for a long time.

The one matchup is settled already but won't stop happening; the other matchups are just rumors until they actually happen.

This undercard rules! Love the idea of making it 4 heavyweight bouts. Sanchez vs Efe will be a good fight. I still say Kownacki’s handlers are crazy for making a rematch. Nordic Nightmare is all wrong for AK and will ko him again.
And you know I’m all about the real big baby..
