Absolute elite banter by Eubank. gets called gay, so what if he is or isnt but its not a very nice place to bring it up.... so comes back with one line that will probably have smith in shit forever....

just casually saying you heard someone cheats on their wife... Its the ultimate head game. here are 2 options and both of which liam smith loses.

1, He has cheated on his wife, in this option his head is absolutly racing about who ratted him out and does his missus know. then add in his missus asking whats thats about, and interogating him... nightmare.

2, He didnt cheat on his wife. in this option he knows its not true but wonders if his missus belives it.. then she starts asking about it, which he denies, but cause he is heated with eubank he probably gets a bit snappy in his denial which basicaly makes her think he did it... which makes her ask more, and makes him denie it more in a tragic death spiral....

Moral of the story, dont start personal shit for no reason.

Do we all remember when Groves wanted no part of a proper fight with Eubank and spent all night moving away? Groves is a big chap with good power. The difference in strength and power is going to be quite pronounced here. Liam is going to take a hiding. One thing I will enjoy is the look on Paul Smiths face. He really seemed to have enjoyed it when Fowler was dropped and hurt.

No. I remember Groves totally outboxing him, buckling him with a jab and basically pissing the fight.

If Chris wins he wants GGG next?

He's no fool when it comes to risk-reward. Jr Middles, a welter and then an old bloke. Playing the bad guy works.

That's my recollection too. Eubank will be the stronger man but Smith will have the skills. Really interesting fight.

Nice warm up fight tonight (if all goes according to plan), catch aging GGG at the right time...sets up the Canelo lottery payday to swan off into retirement a very, very rich man.

Just think this is nailed on for a decision for Jr he doesn't have the mustard behind his shots to put Smith away.

Anyone thinking it's worth putting a punt on Smith stoppage purely for the value?

Starting to feel like Smith is being fed to Eubank. A smaller, come-forward guy and ex world champion. SKY expect to make more money from Eubanks PPVs. Might bleed into tonight's commentary.

Yes there is value there. Depends on what Eubank turns up. It’s certainly feasible if he’s not on his game that Smith can hurt him to the body.
