Usyk pulled out of the Fury fight 10 months ago with an unspecified injury. Since then yourself and the 3 stooges have abused Fury on a daily basis.
Now you appear to be praising Joshua for ducking his main rivals for 8 years and you accuse someone of being all over the place?

Seems that clip of Akinwande easily shattering that glass jaw of Big John Fury has really affected your eyes there ... try wiping the tears away and rereading it. The sarcasm to the kids post quoted is near impossible to miss
Hilarious response and great that the 2 trolls quickly backed you up. Biglennox is perhaps realising how silly you look now that Usyk is getting the deal that he waited for.
Has Tyson Fury ever turned down a fight?

Counting your chickens a bit prematurely there Doofy ... Usyk hasn`t got the fight he wants against Tyson Fury yet. We merely in a situation similar to last year when Tyson Fury stated he would fight Usyk after the Chisora fight.

Plenty of time for Tyson Fury to put barriers in the way to avoid the fight again - he has proved very good at that throughout his career to be fair.
David price - Wlad rematch - Joshua fight x2 - Usyk fight x1 ... lets see if he avoids Usyk 2x before we decide what camp looks silliest eh :TU:

Ignoring the facts that Joshua and Usyk both walked away from WBC title fights with Fury twice in 9 months. At least Usyk after his scare v Dubois has secured his payday and Joshua has the Wiler fight "locked in" for 8 weeks time.

He gives it such fist-of-fury over John Fury he practically operating on muscle memory when he attempts to type anything. Hence why everything he types out all comes out near the same of `... twice in 9 months"

I am losing the will to live😜

I feel like a stuck record …

This fight is in my opinion awful but make no mistake it will massively sell … why?? … because its different and its being sold/marketed extensively extremely well.

Its going to massively embarrass professional because the worlds governing bodies are
Not making the heavyweight champion fight
a viable opponent/challenger. In addition the
Lineal champion os allowed to fight something like
Twice in 2 years.

The BBBofC needs to grow a set of balls
The WBC needs to grow a set of balls
The WBA needs to grow a set of balls
The IBF needs to grow a set of balls
The WBO needs to grow a set of balls.

Enough said

I really don't know if it will sell well or not.

It has had a fortune spent on promoting it; hardly anyone outside of the minor celebs will be buying a ticket and traveling there .. the A-list celebs will be getting freebies; Fury & Ngannou are getting paid enormously. So it's going to be impossible to come anywhere close to breaking even on the whole show.

Therefore it can't be compared to a traditional boxing match, and not even to Mayweather v McGregor match up.
This is nothing but Saudi blowing millions just to get publicity; and I know the term sportswashing, but I really don't understand the logic of it because it could just as well be on the moon as Saudi for normal boxing fans .. cos they ain't going to either place regardless anyway.

What you gotta understand is this, it's not a fight - more like an event for Saudi Arabia. If everything goes according to plan Oleksandr Usyk vs Tyson Fury for the Undisputed crown will be on ANOTHER LEVEL. Las Vegas cannot do something on this scale, it's impossible. They will never part with any money from those gambling whales - they just keep it for themselves.

Mike Tyson will be there (Ngannou's head trainer) They say Lennox Lewis and Evander Holyfield will be in attendance (Oct 28th?) and (Dec 23rd?) Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko could be there. Bound to be several Hollywood A listers flying over.

Yes I understand and totally agree it will be a big event. It's just something that money has totally generated fake interest in .. of course some 12yr old MMA fans will buy it, but it widely expected to be nothing more than a choreographed move around WWE style.

It doesn't say anything for Fury or Ngannou's selling power because the Saudis throwing money at this could achieve same outcome if Clarissa shields fought Karriss Artingstall.

Best of luck to Fury and Ngannou making money of it. But I really don't see Saudi getting value for money - but a fool and their money as they say ..

I have to say the marketing campaign is second to none and the undercard should be very entertaining.

It's the main event that I'm not comfortable with, unless it is just a move around, in which case, fine, it's an event and entertainment of sorts. If its a genuine fight though, I really do have grave misgivings.

Poor Connor Coghill is currently in hospital with bleeding on the brain which is a reminder of how dangerous this sport can be.

I am thrilled that Fury vs Uysk has been put together and really didn't see it happening, so well done everyone involved in getting that across the line.

I genuinely think Boxing needs that fight otherwise it is going to be overtaken by these YouTube events which seem to garner huge views.

At the risk of sounding like a stuck record, this isn’t a fight of any sorts.

It isn’t going on Fury’s record.

It's not an official fight, so no, it won't be on Fury's record, but it is being advertised/sold as a fight and I can't see Ngannou being fit enough to last 10 x 3 minute rounds.

He will last ten rounds if the script writer deems it so.

The ppv price is £21-95

Anyone going to fork out their hard earned cash for it?

I'll be washing my ball hair that night. Will check the result in the morning.

It will sell though, maybe not as much as Tommy v KSI, but it will do numbers.

Was a good amateur and good pro career though, and could clearly bank as had 40 stoppages.

He is someone I have never heard of being interviewed though - welcome anyone's insight into this?
Off the top of my head I think he moved to Africa and never looked back. Was it Ghana? Presumably the money he earned supports a comfortable retirement there. He was a little guilty of having horrible mauling fights and never got a lot of love. He became a much better fighter in the states. The McCall fight was the final nail, when well ahead on points he hit the canvas for I think the only time in his career.
cheers Teddy appreciated.

A statue made of cottage cheese erected next to Tower Bridge.
The marketing and promo of this, what with the ad and the music video by Skrilltex, Thingy and erm Thingymedoodah, has been second to none. The only comparable expediture must be when Arum splaffed $millions on the Super Bowl ad for Wilder v Fury 2. That resulted in 800k PPV buys.
Now can that figure be matched?
Not sure if it will get as much as Tommy v KSI (1.3mil PPV) but should be expected to given the promo put in.

Fury won't have abs like that in the ring.
