Possibly but I would never put money on Ao. He's so damned unpredictable and frustrating.

What do you think of these bets lads

1st punch to be thrown Pac - 4/5
Pac split decision - 14/1
Pac split or Majority decision - 11/1

Already backed Floyd winning between rounds 7-12 - 12/1 I got

Unlucky, went with you on this and sounds like Montes could easily have taken it. Good tip. I evened up with Ishe Smith points at 6/5...not a great price but I couldn't see any other outcome, although maybe Smith had a chance of a KO late in Round 2.

At first I thought betting on the first punch is inadvisable but Pac should throw it and that looks like a decent price for an accumulator.

Anyone know start time for Miura/Dib?

Looking at oddschecker there are an awful lot of strange bet markets available for Pac - May!
Well done whoever tipped Miura stoppage. When I looked the price had dropped so much I didn't take it but great tip.

Strong urge to go PBF by stoppage at 7s. Think Pac may slow and get countered to death late on and if Floyd smells blood I think he will go for it so will have a little nibbel on that but will be going large on PBF straight win @ 4/7

I've just had a bit in accumulators on SD/MD variables either way, don't see a stoppage at all. I think Pac will just outwork him.

Read earlier that the price of the draw has gone down to 6/1 in Vegas due to all the conspiracies floating about and therefore people jumping on. The head bookie there said it has crashed from it's original point of 22/1 and that they stand to lose a fortune if it happens. Their worst possible result.

All of that to me means that the stitch up of the draw is out of the question now. Would have to be legitimate.

A draw would let Floyd retain his unbeaten record and necessitate a very lucrative rematch, the bookies would more than recoup any losses.

(I know I'm losing the plot).

I'm looking at the odds for maypac - a mayweather stoppage in rounds 7-12 with skybet is 10/1. Most rounds for a stoppage by floyd are between 30/1 and 50/1 with a points win or straight win being pretty much pointless betting on unless your putting big big money on it.

I think i'll have a punt of £10 on a round ten stoppage by PBF at 40/1 and a cheeky £10 on the rounds 7-12. I know its most likely to go to a mayweather points win but i dont go into to win £5 of a tenner

I could be completely wrong but I see an easy nights work for Pacquiao against the slowing Mayweather who has looked to take breathers in recent fights something he won't be able to do against Pacquiao.

Its all about workrates for me, large on the outright with a few bananas chucked at the KO/TKO

Good luck all, an intriguing fight with many opinions.

Mayweather and Pac both love to gamble right, maybe they will tell all their entourage to bet on them to throw the first punch. Then as the bell sounds for round 1 we will see both fighters throw punches whilst still in their own corner :DDD

Glad it's not just me. Folk are dazzled by Floyd's skills but I just don't see how he's going to keep up with that workrate. I don't see Manny dropping his output much because I just can't see Floyd throwing enough or landing enough clean to discourage him.

Having said this there is something stopping me from betting on Manny. I'm happy to take some decent value on the MD and SD.

The way marquez timed manny is what makes me think manny is a bad bet. If manny comes in using only plan a and maybe plan b then he is playing right into mayweather's hands and he'll jump into shots.

What do we think about Geale at 4/1? Value? 'Too big and strong' bollocks actually relevant here? Cotto shot? speak to me

Its a big price I have backed him at 4s with that feeling.

The only worry is that Cotto has invoked a 157lb catchweight as he knows Geale is too big for him so is trying to reduce the Aussie's advantages and make him struggle as much as possible.

Whatever the end result 4s is the wrong price, he is no more than a 2s shot in reality, its the big name Cotto that has Geale at 4s not the actual fighter Cotto at Middleweight.

Geale has about 3 inches in height and if memory serves about 4 inches in reach over Cotto, the only drawback for me is Geale may have to win 9 rounds to actually get the decision if it goes the distance but I would not rule out a stoppage for the Aussie anyway so at 4s I will have a play.

Can't put you off Riddick, its a big ask to beat a name like Cotto when they have picked you to fight him they clearly think its a doddle but sometimes if the price is wrong you have to back it, if one out of three times you do that you are right, you still make a profit at those prices.

Yes I am thinking as a small play in a couple of accumulators to bulk up the value! Lots of other accumulators in the mix to reduce variance!

Bit wide but I don't think Cotto is done yet, the only fights he's really looked old in were Pacquiao, when he had to go down to a catchweight and Trout. Not the fighter he used to be but he's still well capable of beating Geale who isn't a big middleweight himself. Geale has height and reach advantages, but I can't see him being too strong in there, he's not a big middleweight and has fought down at 11st in the past, 34 himself too. I think class tells and Cotto takes it on points or late on.

Snap - Had a small on at 4s and in a couple of trebles to boost.

Got DIrrell as the last leg of 2 nice trebles comes to just under a bag of sand if he wins so fingers crossed, from a purely financial point of view of course.

Yep Dirrell rounds off a few of mine too. Good luck!
