PLEASE LET THIS BE TRUE

Joshua has turned down the chance to fight Fury twice in the past nine months. Why should he offer him another chance?handsofstone wrote: β29 Sep 2023, 13:06Is this Fury admitting he ducked Joshua? Fair playThe Gratest wrote: β29 Sep 2023, 11:10 Here's hoping, although yesterday he was dismissive as usual, managed to contradict himself within 2 paragraphs.
"It is what it is. I understand everyone wants the most money possible β I do. This is prize fighting, we all want the biggest bag, and no matter what people say 'it's about the belts, it's about my record, my legacy'. No. It's all about getting paid and getting l***. And that's it.β
Tyson said he had little interest in fighting Anthony Joshua now, adding: "AJ's been beat now. I was interested when he was a virgin. It was a test. We want big fights, this that and the other, but 'who are you? You don't have any belts anymore. You don't have anything to give'."
As for him and Usyk here's hoping but I'll suspend my excitement until it's official

Are people this hyped up about Zhang now? Usyk whooped Joyce in 2013 without headgear at York Hall, when he was a whole 10 years younger.Nightmare Roy wrote: β29 Sep 2023, 15:14 After listening to FW in Talk sport, he sounds super confident that it will happen, let's hope so.

Fair play - that's so much funnier than your local pub comment - it must take you hours to come up with such clever witty comments mate. I'm sure you could have been as successful as comedy script writing as you were at professional boxing.
I know it was a long time ago, but if you look at the type of boxers Foreman struggled against I think you can be fairly confident that of the current top tier heavyweights, itβs probably Usyk who would have the easiest time outpointing Zhang.944517 wrote: β29 Sep 2023, 15:35Are people this hyped up about Zhang now? Pleased to be appreciated, especially coming from a guy like you, that really means something.....
Perhaps you should be eating a little humble pie rather than having cowardly pops online at someone brave enough to fight for a living.

And it's all going to charadeee tooThe Gratest wrote: β30 Sep 2023, 05:58 Fury reportedly getting $200mill.
Not quite the half billion he wanted but glad a price could be met. With this and whatever he's getting for the Ngannou exhibition, he's played a blinder here.
Sabotaging the Wembley negotiations and all the gaslighting has certainly paid off.![]()
Hah, yeah. I wonder if his desciples actually believed all that shite as well?Nightmare Roy wrote: β30 Sep 2023, 07:03And it's all going to charadeee tooThe Gratest wrote: β30 Sep 2023, 05:58 Fury reportedly getting $200mill.
