I can see where you're coming from. Chudinov reminds me a bit of Kostya Tszyu in that he has quick hands and big power but poor foot, head and body movement and you can see him being outhustled and landed on clean by someone with sound skills like Sturm. I had Komeda in three accumulators (which I don't normally bother with) so this is a bad night. Covered the draw in that fight and in Bugloini-Markham so got off the hook on the second at least. Sounds like McDonnell was lucky to get the nod?

I'm trying to work out if Joshua by decision over Johnson is decent value at 4/1 with PP. Kevin has a rock chin, will be spoiling all night and if he gets to the halfway point Joshua might just decide to coast to victory. Of course, the ref jumping in early is a significant risk. I also wonder if other books will go wider than this.

yea the Ref jumping in to make this a "Remarkable victory" and "no one does that to Kevin Johnson" type situation is always the risk.

Can King Pin go the distance with Joshua? I have been waiting for some odds to be released on this as I think it is likely that a British ref gets excited and jumps in when Joshua unloads a decent combination. However Paddies are first to release and 4/1 on Joshua decision looks pretty good value.

Joshua will blow his load if he is not cautious early doors (i expect we may see a cagey AJ for 2 rounds) , i think Johnsons corner may pull him out around 9/10th round if AJ is getting through often.

Has Johnson ever fought somebody as quick going forward as AJ?

what are the prices for this fight?

Charr to beat Leapai with PP, took 7/4 now 6/4 but still seems big, they are both very average fighters but I would have Charr favourite personally.

Yeah it becomes a case of who does what less badly. I have no idea to be honest. The form guide says two losses apiece in the last year and a bit for each of them and one crushing KO loss each to the two best in the division. I'm sure the bookies favour Leapai on the back of the Boytsov win still but there's not much in it.

What do we think about 15/2 on Rebrasse vs Callum Smith? I was possibly drunk and squinting at a small pub screen, but Smith looked like garbage in his second to last fight and Rebrasse is very brave and game, unexpectedly giving Groves a bit to think about in their encounter. The Frenchman is busy, maybe not good enough to win on the cards but 15/2 is wide as hell with PP.

I think Smith has enough to beat Rebrasse but I'd fancy a points win.

Don't see him stopping him, Groves can bang and Rebrasse took everything Groves threw at him.

What are people's thoughts on Broner at 6/5 to beat Porter? I thought Porter looked dog in his last fight and he didn't do a right lot against Brook.

I favor Charr too, though I'm not confident about him winning. I'm surprised at those odds but I suppose his recent loss is fresh in the bookies' minds and two of the cards were quite wide despite a competitive bout, so if they just had a BoxRec browse they may have gotten a distorted idea of how he performed.

Charr 5/6 now must be a lot of money coming in on him I backed him at 6/5 so I'm happy enough I think Leapai is passed it at this stage

Broner at 6/5 versus Porter might be decent value at 144lbs. Not sure if the muted rehydration clause (max 155lbs. on the night) got signed - that would swing things in Broner's favour, I think.
