Checked it on De Mori's twitter account. He does not lie. Do you think Train Insane's sewing circle know something? Seferi has fought heavies before and was 16 stone last night. He is currently WBO European Cruiserweight champion.

What? That the promoter found a better opponent?

Fair call, I don't really know enough about it and shouldn't have passed judgement. Is he still out to fight in a week or so?

This is Seferi. Was the opponent changed even after the weigh-ins?

According to him yes and there is something being announced later about Croatia.

Can you not see that those are different people? Did Seferi change his outfit, shave, and grow a few inches within moments? If he fought Seferi the opponent must've changed after the weigh-in.

Mark says of this photo "Pre fight pics before weigh in with promoter opponent from Albania who told @Milijana84 he had 380 amateur fights"

He says of this photo with a different man in a different red top "With Albanian boxing star Nuri Seferi"

The little bloke is the promoter. Uwe Trischler is a lightweight.

I'm not referring to him.

You seem to think that Nuri Seferi is the man in the red jacket in the top and bottom pictures, but he is only in the bottom picture. The man in the red jacket in the top picture is mentioned by Mark as being the opponent, and there is a picture of him squaring off with Mark at the weigh-in, so the opponent must've changed after the weigh-in if Mark fought Seferi.

This is even funnier than Abbott and Costello's: "Who's on first" sketch!

And we remain just as confused as Bud Abbott.

I'm confused about who de Mori fought, but I have no doubt that the guy he squared off with at the weigh-in isn't Seferi.

And Seferi holds the WBO European title at cruiserweight and hasn't lost in 5 years; he's not a journeyman and I doubt he'd take a heavyweight fight like this on such short notice.

Pagga is 42 years old, before De Mori had 2 wins from 4 bouts, all scheduled for 4 rounds. From the De Mori tweet, no way it could be Seferi.

I'm not going to suggest he lies. But how can you be so absolutely sure he doesn't when you claim this:

"What would I know? I saw him clean up a Yank at St Marys Band Club last year and wrote about it. Somebody jumped to a conclusion. I know nothing that can't be found by checking Twitter and boxing sites".

I sure hope to hell he did fight who you and he claims he did or you are going to look an even sillier old git than you do now

Cut him some slack. I've had more than one run in with Brute (countless) but he clearly loves boxing and has chose to back a wrongen' f*ck I've been backing Tua for years! Say no more.

This. Creating an argument for arguments sake is wearing thin.

WA heavyweight boxer Mark de Mori made it two wins in a week on his three-fight trip to Germany.

The 31-year-old from Scarborough stopped German Bekim Pagga in the third round.

De Mori, rated in the top 15 by the WBA, moves to 22 wins, one loss and two draws.

However, this latest victory was another against an unranked opponent - Pagga was in only his fifth bout, three of which he has now lost, despite being 42 years old.

Might need to call CSI in to work out who he fought
