Yes, it's a lovely photo. According to the site where it is on sale they believe it was taken in 1931 from what is stamped on the back.

Just a guess...but I think the shorter fighter is Joe Walcott...not Jersey Joe, but Joe "The Barbados Demon" Walcott.

The taller one looks familiar to me as well, but I can't put a name with the face. It almost looks like Tiger Flowers, but I'm not sure. (Plus I'm pretty sure Walcott fought in an earlier era than Flowers)

In all likelihood I'm wrong on both fighters, but f*ck it, it's worth a guess I suppose.
