Yes, it's a lovely photo. According to the site where it is on sale they believe it was taken in 1931 from what is stamped on the back.

Just a guess...but I think the shorter fighter is Joe Walcott...not Jersey Joe, but Joe "The Barbados Demon" Walcott.
The taller one looks familiar to me as well, but I can't put a name with the face. It almost looks like Tiger Flowers, but I'm not sure. (Plus I'm pretty sure Walcott fought in an earlier era than Flowers)
In all likelihood I'm wrong on both fighters, but f*ck it, it's worth a guess I suppose.

That's definitely Sam Langford on the left.
Reminds me a little of this one:

Look at that chest of Sharkey's... what an immensely powerful man he must have been!

I don't know who he is, but facially he resembles Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.

Yeah, very distinctive hair.
Does anyone know when that started?

“My oh my, wasn’t Joe Walcott a tough boy! He was the hardest hitter I ever met. Never before or never since then have I been hit as hard and as often as that night, and I never landed more blows on a fighter in fifteen rounds than I hurled into Joe Walcott that night. The house was in an uproar before the first round ended and from then until the end of the fight the customers never sat down.” - Sam Langford
.
*The original (Barbados Demon) Joe Walcott.
