Hopefuly he finds a way to the english title asap. couple of years ago i would of said no version of fisher ever would beat sol dacres. but fishers been rumbling and dacres been fading. id like to see it now... (although always a risk dacres looks good again).

Realisticaly dacres might be too scary for english. but mabey.

I like Fisher, always humble. I think he can go to British and Euro level.

Moses Itsauma is the only guy fighting 4 or more times a year and that isn’t an exaggeration.

Sol Dacres.
Fisher.
Franklin Ignatius had a good win over Steve Robinson and since then nothing.
Moses Jolly fights very infrequently.
Nick Campbell hardly fights.
Tommy Welch. Jamie TKV. Adeleye. Matty Harris.

These are all guys who if they put two or 3 wins together in the next 6-9 months could be mandatory for the British.
Moses Jolly is having his 9th fight in just over two years isnt he?

You are right Moses Jolly fought 5 times last year. So I take that one back.

Apart from him and Moses Itauma I don’t think any of the other novice heavyweights fought more than 4 times last year.

Fishers Instagram suggests a fight announcement is imminent. Looks like a London venue.

It will be at the Copper Box. Not sure who against though.

How you know that? Is Johnny main event or just slinging a few tickets in a not much fight?

Eddie said he’s booked the Copper Box for early July. Fisher will either be main or co main I think.

Interesting. If he is main at copper box I feel it would have to be English title (or chisora or babic) which would be cool…

Co main could easily be souther area defence but still fine.

Del Boy is too far ahead of him I think and I’d say Babic is too at the moment (although he could hurt Babic). I think there will be a presser next week about it.

Fisher would absolutely decimate Babic, likely in the first round

Jay McFarland or nick campbell are probably the type of fights he actually needs. Both tough nights out for him if they turn up. Solid area levle guys.

He did mention Steve Robinson after his last fight. Now obviously Robinson has taken a shellacking from Babic to the point you wonder whether you want to see Robinson box again.

Nick Campbell I wouldn't mind seeing but a bit like Steve Robinson, I'm done with Jay McFarlane.

Fisher I believe would also brutalise Robinson, who has looked awful in his last 2 fights. Fisher may be considered a ‘novice’ but he hits hard and is very aggressive

🚨 FISHER-BABIC ON JULY 6

NoSmokeSport understands that British Heavyweight Johnny Fisher will take on Alen 'The Savage' Babic on July 6 at the Copper Box Arena in London live on DAZN.

🔥 Brilliant all-action fight and a big step up for The Romford Bull.

did not see that coming, feels like a cash out for Babic as there is no way he beats Fisher. I like them both, hope it happens.

Proper fun fight, I'm looking forward to it.
Big step up for Fisher, I'd thought they would keep him busy but move him slowly for at least a couple of years.
He is still young and very inexperienced.
After Babic they will have to keep him at that level, especially if he wins.
Be interesting to see how he reacts to being hit back.
