Pov really did look to be struggling , i think covid has took its toll .Still credit where its due he overturned a ko loss and resurected himself,,

That was pretty uncomfortable to see. Feel bad for Povetkin. Whyte did what he needed to do!

Dill Was going Hell for leather right from the off, those huge swings mostly missing, reckless even, it’s like he knew the Russian wasn’t going to stop him tonight

One note, thought there should of been a count befor that knockout, ropes surely held him up first punch of that flurry..

That was awful to see, although I'm happy Whyte has resurrected himself at world level. A long and happy retirement to Povetkin, he's earned it, and clearly has nothing left to give.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to work - he's looked awful all week.... the occassional cough after a very very light "open" workout wasn't a good sign. He didn't look great last time but I think COVID was the biggest impact.
Will be interesting to see can Josh Warrington come back - people were quick to blame the lack of crowd, but I do wonder if COVID impacted on his strength also.

Can't get over how bad Pov looked coming down that ramp, horrendous sight. Time is right to hang them up regardless, he's had a good career.

This fight should not have happened. It's Povetkin's own fault for taking it but even before he went into camp, nobody who knew him believed he had any real chance of winning. As I said in December, his lungs are mince. Pov looked awful against Price, but was then doing well against AJ until the stoppage. Does seem shot now though.

I knew as soon as i seen Povetkin walk to the ring i knew his legs were gone and every time Whyte hit him clean he wobbled, he actually done pretty well to stay on his feet until he actually got dropped and stopped, there became a point i thought he might ice Whyte again, he did clip Whyte a few times but it was the punch resistance of both men what was different here, i never thought Whyte was any better than usual, boxed solid, patient but got caught in a few wild exchanges which was good to watch tbf, good finish ref should've gave count when the right had Povetkin crashing into the ropes, a cracking left to finish Povetkin off, good corner work, cant be relying on landing 1 big shot whilst getting hurt continuously

Reminded me of David Haye in his last fight. Reflexes gone, off balance, lethargic and getting tagged too easily
