Freddie Roach will work in Fury's corner as his cutman.

I don't know why John Fury being denied entry was newsworthy considering Peter Fury wasn't allowed to be at the Steve Cunningham fight--- it was never going to happen to begin with--- besides Fury's in capable hands w/ Roach and Hatton (who I believe will be there) and Fury's trainer. It's all mind games.

Seems a strange move. Not being funny but he doesn't have the steadiest hand for a cutsman....

Good point, why wouldn't he have his normal cutman?

Or is he trying to get experienced guys around the corner to help advise his novice trainer.

Yeah that must be the case. I don't know much about his trainer but he didn't seem as if he had a clue what he was doing when he was in BJS corner against Akakov.

He’s strengthened up his corner massively, there’s nothing not to like.

I think it's more of a courtesy to Freddie, because he's always been very complimentary of Fury. It's a respect thing.

Nonsense. Freddie knows the game inside out and Fury knows he will be a asset having him in the corner. Fury is know ones fool
And would not have someone in his corner as a compliment.

:maybe: .... I think after December 1st the world will see it had nothing to do with the corner, and all about Fury.

If that happens, Fury will accept the loss like a man. But it's a big if. Rumors that Wilder looks like crap in the gym keep coming out, and all you hear is Fury is impressing everybody.

I haven't heard any rumours about Wilder looking crap in the gym Homie :maybe:
You mean in sparring?
I only have to see pictures of Fury to see he is taking this seriously but I haven't hears anything about Wilders camp.

wilders technique is sh!t , yes, but the power and speed are for real, and his stamina and heart seem pretty good too.

i think wilder not being a particulary complex thinker in the ring could actually help, i doubt he at all overthinks the way wlad did vs fury, wilder is a type of guy who isnt afriad to miss wildely to eventally get his shot in. fury might outbox him in spots but just cant see tys going all the way. plus for all this talk of how furys training is going (he does look physically good by his standards from what ive seen), fact is he wont have faced a live body in a real fight for 3 years. wilder isnt the type of guy you want to fight to be getting back into the swing of things vs non-scrub opposition

btw, ive read from someone who saw wilder in training that they his trainer was doing drills with the trainer trying to close distance and hold, with wilder working on the uppercuts, as if they think fury may try to come at him and smother inside

I suppose it's true, being that Wilder has done far less interviews, videos, etc than Fury has, which indicates he's working harder than you'd expect. Fury seems relaxed, while Wilder seems tense. Wilder could be over training.

If jamamb is right that Wilder is training as if it'll be some brawl from Fury, when it's evident Fury is training for speed--- maybe the Gypsy King's mind games have made Wilder lose confidence and try to over compensate.

Who knows that's why I said rumor instead of fact. Compare this to Ortiz, etc (the preparation) and Wilder was more talkative, out in the open, etc in those contests than this one.

Logic tells me he can't lose that much weight, the drugs, the beer, inactivity,no real warm ups etc but he's fighting Wilder here who's far from invincible,so who knows :maybe:
