Got Aussies -25 at evens with Coral on my lunch and after reading the racing post i'm going with Michael Leitch to score a try for Japan at 17/2 with B365.

Also going on the favourites scoring a penalty as first scoring play @

Scotland 6/4
Aussies 15/8
France 6/4

Busy day for a weds!
I don't know anything about rugby but I think a try is worth more points hen a penalty? So why would they go for a penalty first? Is there any tactical season for this?

It's a way of getting points on the board. A bit like in GAA, take the points and the goals will come.

6/8 games so far have had the favourite score a penalty as the first scoring play

Ok, I guess maybe its a way of taking any pressure off at the beginning, like giving out a couple of early solid jabs. Gonna mix those in some doubles and trebles in with a Wlad ko, cheers :TU:

Does anyone know what the line was pre-match for Scotland/Japan? Can imagine a lot of money going on Japan skewing the odds a bit.

Also, I'm thinking about this Duhaupas character. How tough is he? If he can take a shot and has a bit of heart, could he be the one to find that glass chin of Wilder's?

I've seen a few tapes of the guy and wasn't impressed...but I feel like all he needs is some guts and a beard to have a chance of taking the gangly one into deep waters. Didn't Jason Gavern land a couple on Wilder?

The handicap for Scotland was -17

It was a good weekend so don't mind it too much. It was still a value bet. Romania are available at hills +41. French have made 13 changes

Call me mental but I've bet a bit on Duhaupas by KO. 16/1 with Paddy. I think that's value. They screened me though. Maybe that'll work out better for me.

I'm not going to go back as far as Sconiers, but people seem to gloss over that the underwhelming Molina ROCKED Wilder in the third with a left hook. He had a bit of a row with a guy who was expected to be flattened.

Duhaupas, as far as I can tell, may be a touch slower than Molina, but I think (will need to watch some more) is tougher and grittier. He was strong enough to last it out in the trenches on close terms with Teper, a bruising encounter. And I can't help but always come back to that long, long line of stiffs that Wilder was put in with at the start of his career. Someone in that camp is terrified, they know something very bad is up with this guy's constitution.

Of course Wilder could end it all with one of those powerful flurries. But something tells me Duhaupas will stand up to it and come back.

Great work!!! If Wlad knocks out Fury then it'll make up for my huge loss on Aus to win the ashes.

Yep, happy with that again. 9 out of 11 games gone the same way so will keep going with singles & trebles.

here's hoping wlad does the business for you too

NZ are 10/3 for the penalty first points so do they just concentrate on tries? That's some big odds there.

Odds on Gary Corcoran VS Rick Skelton seem away of in Corcoran being 1/6 with Paddy Power. Skelton is a tidy slick boxer with fast hands and great movement, and has a real chance of a win here against Corcoran who is a pressure fighter that doesn't punch anywhere near as hard as he imagines he does. Any one else have a view on this?

Wlad KO
Eggington win
Fedor Chudinov By KO
Matthysse win
Darleys Perez win
England Penalty vs Wales
40.26/1 I'm pretty confident on all of those apart from the rugby.

No, it's more to do with the difference in quality between the 2 teams. I think the handicap is -79 so they're not expecting Namibia to be able hold them up enough to concede an early penalty!

I got Georgia +23 @10/11 earlier. Don't think there's as good a price out now. PP have them +20 @ Evens.

Edit: book called winner have them +22 @ Evens

Think I'm giving the handicap a miss on this match. 80 points is a point every minute and surely the namibians will kick a pen or too. Just don't know enough
