Hey, all that I'm saying is that Spence is not an authentic villain type character. Whenever he talks ill of other boxers/promoters it seems to be clearly the opposite of his natural way of acting. Moreover, it seems blatantly forced. Because the truth is that Spence is just a nice kid from Texas that so happens to possess very impressive boxing skills.

Of course, but being from the prior generation, its was clear to me that those three (plus Leonard) were perhaps the best group of fighters in one generation I had ever seen. Monzon (my fav) didn't have that kind of competition from so many, neither did Robinson (ok, maybe over his 100 years of fighting, but never at one time.) So yeah, someone will always come out and defend the current star as the GOAT. It's what we do. Invariably, once their career is done, things seem to come clear. (see Lennox Lewis).

Spence is (in reality) quite well spoken. He is not an “idiot,” nor is he “told how to speak and how to think.” Furthermore, his advisors are not “ignorant individuals.”

Finally, his response to ODLH did not “sever” any opportunity.

I would rather see Pac v Mikey, and I think that it might happen.

Spence laid a beat down and put on an absolute boxing clinic and pinched a shut out against a P4P fighter. I don't want to hear anymore questions about his boxing skills he is a SPECIAL fighter with many facets to his boxing game and he proved it yesterday. I just hope him not stopping Garcia lures the other top WW's to fight him so he can complete his demolition job of the WW division.

Spence best Brook in May, then made his first defence the following Jan. 7 months later.. that’s a long wait. His next fight was June, he could have easily had another fight last year and then fought yesterday. Instead, he didn’t fight for nearly a year before yesterday. Inactivity is a killer, but these guys get paid so much for one fight, they only need to fight once a year ha!

If all was good, Top Rank and PBC could make 2 fights. Loma-Garcia and Spence-Crawford.

Have one fight on ESPN PPV and the other on Sho/Fox PPV.

What’s not fair about that? No greed. And the fans get 2 fantastic P4P fights!

Pacquiao would have struggled to beat Spence in his heyday 10+ years ago.

Going up against a peak Spence at the age of 41 is beyond ridiculous.

Manny will endure an embarrassing night at best, or a very painful night at worst.
