I fell asleep and missed the fight. Didn't Joshua give Ruiz all the belts to hold at the presser the other day? I remember seeing Ward commenting on it on Twitter and saying how odd it was.

I usually cheer for British boxers, but the avoiding Wilder (and Wilder avoiding AJ to be fair) has completely soured me on AJ.

I love it.

I love that AJ's reputation is in tatters. I love that he and Wilder have lost what would have been a massive payday. I love that Hearn's golden goose has lost his head.

Plus, upsets like this are what makes boxing great. So it's a great night for the sport too.
