Ruiz also landed some belters on Parker that would/did crumple AJ.

I think AJ will be coming in maybe 7lb's lighter - anything more would suggest that he has let everyones suggestions get to his head.

I mean, losing 7lbs won't make him Mo Farah over night. Posture and style has a look to do with it. Lennox was a heavy set, big boned banger but he could go rounds if needed because was was so relaxed and untense. After all the talk of big weight loss and body transformation from the first fight it sure doesn't look it

AJ was on the Bunce podcast the other night saying he will be around 5KG lighter (11 lbs) and could come in under 17 stone, you have to go back to 2014 to see AJ under 238lbs.
