I knew Lyndon was tough and ballsy. A shame that he had only 4 weeks, not that I thought he'd win, but he probably would have made it a bit closer than 120-107.

Bivol is too skilled and accurate for pretty much everyone in this division. Berbetiev (who I love to watch) would be an epic fight.

Bivol has all the tools, but you'd like to see him get a guy, who has only tried to survive since the first bell, out of there

Feel like Arthur needed to let his hands go to give himself a chance. I was thinking come on just throw some bombs at Bivol and test him but it never happened. Hats off though, tough fight.

I dont get why are Arthur is getting some praise for this. It was supposed to be a fight, he never fought, at all, over 12 full rounds. Outside of his jab he barely threw a punch the whole entire fight. He certainly could have, but choose not to. Embarrassing. No praise deserved.

Kilburn wrote: 23 Dec 2023, 17:22 That was pretty good defensive work from Arthur under heavy fire in the 12th, watching the replay back.

Overall the 12th was a nice round. Glad Arthur got to the end. Definitely not a performance to be ashamed of. How was he ever supposed to win really.
His defense was excellent all the way through. Bivol missed a lot and that isn't very common.

Wilder's crown looks heavy - how much will this play into things?

Are we in for a big long gap and lots of waffling now?

I notice Oladipo and Bellew don't seem to like each other very much.

fornicate I hope Parker sparks him.

I’ll admit it’s not the most likely result. But it is much more of a possibility than everyone seems to think.

Wilder is old, inactive, taken a lot of damage, skinny, and not great at “boxing” (although very effective).

A lot of wilders durability hype is based around people thinking fury is a big puncher, which is a myth….

I believe Parker when he says he wants to put it on Wilder.

Ortiz had Deontay on bambi legs but had no stamina to finish him off in their first fight. Joe must really fancy this.

I hope the same too. I think it will be down to Wilder's chin. How good is it really?

And that skinny body. Very dangerous man to rip left hooks to the body against… but you gotta mix a couple in. Especially while he is throwing right bombs.

I got nice early odds that Parker has a chance here. Big upset though. And a lot of rounds to try and avoid the Bomb.

Parker has a good chin and it took Joyce 11 rounds to crack it.
That being said, I almost always expect Wilder to win by ko.
Dude just has way too much power.
