I wonder if Arum would say exactly the opposite of he wasn't promoting Khan-Crawford.
Good observation!! You clearly see Arum for the shyster that he is.SenorPipino wrote: ↑18 Mar 2019, 17:10I wonder if Arum would say exactly the opposite of he wasn't promoting Khan-Crawford.

Sorry but i have to completely disagree with your review of the fight. Coming into this fight, Mikey's Boxing ability was the attribute that was making this fight so compelling and attractive. How was Mikey's superior boxing skills do against a bigger and more powerful ESPJR who has had shown to have some defensive issues. Errol boxed Mikey's ears off in every minute of every single round. No one expected that to happen. I hadn't read that anywhere in anyone's predictions. Errol was quicker, faster and more powerful from minute one. Mikey was supposed to be better than Errol in one of these categories right? Nope.sturm vogel wrote: ↑17 Mar 2019, 09:56caldo2025 wrote: ↑17 Mar 2019, 02:33Crack kills dude. Get some help before it’s too late. Mikey has absolutely zero to be proud about. He called Spence out and most of us paid money to see a VERY a very unspirited performance by Mikey. On my card, he lost every single round and at no point in this fight did I ever think “this is a great fight “. It was a putrid PPV. One of the worst PPV FIGHTS IVE EVER SEEN.sturm vogel wrote: ↑17 Mar 2019, 00:42 My record here shows I called this perfectly. I wrote Garcia had the defensive skill to go the 12. He was never going to win the decision.
But.... he's the true winner here. Spence looked only the bigger man. He's quite dull and average really. A skilled boxer his size shames him.
When the bigger man gets a mere points win against a man two weight divisions lower than him there is nothing really to cheer about. The outcome was entirely predictable. 100 years of boxing has proven this. Said the same thing when 6,1" middleweight Hearns beat 5,6" lightweight Duran. That was supposed to be some great accomplishment for Hearns? It was a similar type event yesterday only poorer outcome for the big man. Mikey was barely marked, never in any trouble near a tko, and never knocked down; he hit Spence but of course he has no power to hurt a big welterweight.
If anyone truly thought little Mikey was going to do anything other than box to survive the 12 they're lack of experience and knowledge is evident. I predicted this fight perfectly. My record here shows.
