Yeah, Usyk is better. Plain and simple truth. Only the Gypsy King is better.
Yes, agree with this too.

Let's hope Fury doesn't disappear again, or having to go for Wilder IV and Wilder V, otherwise Usyk will be 77 by the time Fury is ready for the fight.
The next logical step is Fury vs Usyk in the early 2022. but now Usyk has that rematch clause. It'll be good, if Fury fights Whyte meanwhile, after what the fight for the undisputed championship is finally made.
Logic tells me Fury better not look past Wilder. No rematch clause in that one.

Two close rounds out of the last 4 and it would end up as a draw.

AJ ask Bredis for tips. He fought closer to Usyk than AJ did.

Being a boxing judge is a dream job, you can watch a lot of great fights live from the ringside, you can travel the world, you'll personally know a lot of people from the boxing world and even if you make mistakes, there is no responsibility, in fact, you don't even have to know how to score.

For example, there is a judge who have mistaken fighters, so a clear UD became a SD, he admitted it but the result stands and he wasn't punished, he was still judging. Then, he made the same mistake AGAIN, the result stands as it did, at least he is suspended now but only temporarily.

I'd say Hunter did at least comparably, too. Similar finish in both fights as well.

AJ fanboys and ‘bigger must be better’ merchants are super triggered and have to suggest it was AJ’s tactics at fault and that he’d have a totally different fight with different tactics.

Curious if anyone knows if Usyk was the first southpaw AJ has fought as a pro?

Martin is a southpaw too. But it basically doesn't count.

Do you think Wilder would want to take on Usyk anyway, never mind having just witnessed that?
Wilder will have a better chance to beat Usyk than AJ ever will. His best punch is a southpaw's cryptonite. Oh he'll get out boxed like he was with Ortiz, until he lands it.

Szpilka did well vs Wilder and until the KO, Wilder landed some of his heaviest shots on him and Szpilka was still there. Usyk is 100x better than Szpilka and has a lot better chin. So, I'd say Wilder chances to land that punch are very slim, and even if he lands 1 or 2 times, Usyk would probably still stand. Usyk would make Wilder look silly.

a Polish dude who is a member of Joshua's team said, that he fears that Usyk purposely didn't showed his best vs Chisora because then, they would avoid him at all costs, they would never give him a chance to fight Joshua then. Looking at what happened yesterday, maybe he was right.

Usyk would dominate wilder but wilder has a better shot at landing the one bomb

Fury will beat usyk. Fury will tie him up and lean on him until exhaustion. Its what joshua should have done but cant

Was this the judge for the Ryan Bennett fight too?

Where he had it wide for the challenger. The other 2 judges had it wide for Bennett.

Clear error was made. Think that was an Italian ref. He was suspended after that.

well since you believe he will accomplish that and would ko fury and usyk, does that mean you believe he's currently the best in the world?

Yeah that's what I was getting at. I was surprised though, I thought having shed a stone of muscle he was rid of his stamina issues. It's odd though. We know AJ is a demon-trainer but it seems his cardio-vascular system can't compare to a man of 34. When I was a kid a sportsman of 34 years was considered one step away from the knackers yard :D

I had it 7-5 Usyk.
Anthony didn't impose his size at all. He played Usyk game. There were times when he stopped mirroring Usyk nervous movements and for a moment just standed still and let Usyk bounce but that was too few and far in between.
He should have gone to the body at first and let Usyk bounce till he had no energy to bounce again. But he fought stupid. Joshua needs a new trainer... something needs to changes if he is to go on. Lennox was right about that!

Agreed. I'd be surprised if Wilder laid a glove on him (double-figures anyway, probably not literally). It's funny how the guys who Wilder would knock out all share one thing in common ... they have never shared a ring with Wilder and their chances of ever doing so are miniscule
