It makes me laugh when they start pretending to care about civilians. The Americans did the same before the invasion of Iraq "we've got to free the Iraqi people".
So so fake.
I care about the millions of Iranian civilians that want their country to be a secular democracy. The ones that support the regime can & should die.
And if Trump said tomorrow that there is peace in Iran and that there will be fair elections next week you would believe him. Because Trump said so. And would never lie.

I believe he said he intends to choose the leader of Iran which means he wants it to be somebody who will sell America all of Iran's resources, and if they do anything for their own countrymen he could give a rat's ass.

I doubt it
He wants someone to give him stuff, not sell it to him!

They [America] want another Shah in there, someone who will brutalise the Iranian people while US corporate interests run off with the countries wealth.
The US Epstein class want Cuba back as well, thats where they used to go, God knows how many little Cuban girls lives Castro and Guevara saved over the years.

I doubt I will ever be voting Democrat again. They've failed the Country twice in 2 crucial moments, and I'll never forgive 'em for it.
The people wanted Bernie Sanders in 2016 and we could've had 8 years of Bernie, but instead they forced Hillary and a loss on us, and then they forced Kamala and a loss on us instead of doing a Primary to allow the people to choose their candidate.
They try to force their will on the voters rather than listen to them. As bad as Trump is, The Democrats also don't deserve anyone's support.

Totally respect the fact you supported Bernie. But Hillary got more votes. I saw far bigger steals than this.

Like I said the Democrats let down the entire Country when we couldn't afford to be let down. They're as responsible for Trump as the Republicans are.
The only way they could've lost to Trump is to run a woman against him, and they did it twice. They chose to lose so that they could claim to be "Progressive". I don't need Progressive losers, and neither does America.

To equate the evil that is Trump and his cabinet to the nomination process of the Democrats is simply absurd.
In Clinton's case, the people chose her. People could've come out and voted for Bernie and got him across the line, but people didn't. Sure the party didn't make it easy for him, but still, in the end, if enough primaries went to Sanders then he would've won. As for the last-minute switcheroo, after Biden pulled out and the only other viable and financed candidate Newsom said he wasn't running, what the hell were they supposed to do? Take a total unknown. Have a super-primary in two weeks across the whole nation? Harris was the only viable candidate and given her late start, she did well.
The problem is not the Democrats, the problem is there are enough brain-dead, black-hating, women-hating, gay-hating. Muslim-hating fucktards in the USA that they'd rather vote a total moron like Trump into power than any sort of person that seems like they're better educated than they are. So many threatened little snowflakes in the US.
The Republicans could've ended Trump after Jan 6th. But they didn't. It's on them, not the Democrats.
That all said, I hope they learn their lesson and DO NOT nominate Pete Buttegeig next time. AS smart as he is, as good a politician as he is, all these fucktards are not going to be voting for a gay man, for the same reasons they didn't vote for Clinton or Harris.

Democrats should have had primaries in 2024, that's for sure. Not sure if it's because they're women or because they were shrill or word salad women. Opening the border and not being able to define a woman I think hurt the Dems a lot.

Biden put them in a terrible position, where there was so little time for primaries by that stage.
Biden is a fornicating moron, he should have had a little bit more concern for his party and country, rather than clinging on, when he was struggling so much.
Mind you, not sure how compus mentis he is now, but if he is, he must watch trump, and wonder how on earth he is getting away with it.
I saw a recent speech by trump at this latin shield bollocks, spend ages rambling on about interpreters, because Rubio speaks Spanish and he doesn't - just total pointless waffle, and actually the entire speech is really a complete load of hot air, a mixture or brags, pointless anecdotes, made up shit that never happened.

Bernie would not have beaten Trump. Biden was the only Democrat running in 2020 that would have. Sanders is a great guy. He believes in fighting for the poor and disadvantaged. However, he is not realistic. i..e you can't have free college for anyone that wants it.
His supporters love him. but independents don't want him.
Agree that even in modern times it is very difficult for a woman to win.
All I care about next time is for the Democrats to pick someone that has the best chance to win. An average Democrat candidate who is not your first choice is light years ahead of the nutjobs that Republicans come up with.

I agree, Bernie could not have won, but that is mainly because there are many Americans obsessed with communism - which is what Berniewould have been painted as in the press, despite the fact many of them have received benefits which would be construed rightly as having been from socialist policies,.
I disagree, you can have free college, we had free college here in the UK for a long time, and the country didn't fall to bits as a result - it is a matter of priority.
I am not saying however, that enough Americans would vote for it, especially those who paid for college, who would, like the crab in the bucket analogy, resent it, and make sure nobody else could get access to it.

Bernie 100% would've won. He had more support than Hillary. The Democratic Party was against him, not the American people.
I'll always believe they rigged the 2016 DNC against him.

Poll after poll had Hilary leading Bernie in the primaries. There was never any doubt that she was going to be the nominee. It wasn't rigged.
He would have been relentlessly painted as a communist in the general election. enough people would have bleieve it for the Orange One to win.

I don't believe so, he was too easy a target for the 'radical left communist' line.
