The ref looks like an older version of Philip Seymour Hofman.

De Mori is telling anyone who will listen Don King is about to set up the biggest fight of his career.

To be fair, the biggest fight of his career could mean a fight with Butterbean.

At this stage Rob Callaway would probably be the biggest fight of his career so there plenty of options out there for a bigger fight than that.

A school yard bully who takes advantage of boxers who are way beyond their best and wreaks havoc on them.
Most of his opponents have been stopped in 2 out of their last 3 fights and he will have nothing to do with anyone who could swat a fly.
Boxing is a hard enough sport and does not need these type of boxers who I believe brings the sport in to disrepute for the sake of a W beside their name

In the 1958 film: Touch of Evil, the characters played by Orson welles and Marlene Dietrich had this exchange, which sums up the career of the great Mark:
Quinlan: Come on, read my future for me.
Tanya: You haven't got any.
Quinlan: Hmm? What do you mean?
Tanya: Your future's all used up.
deMori, it is time to find someone with a pulse to fight, or remain forever remain in the twilight zone with the likes of Chauncey Welliver or Nohit Singh!

At least Welliver tried, He attended WBO/WBC Forums and took time out to help with fund raising - He also called a few people out de Mori being one of them.

I'm still a fan of Marks, However as been stated here he really needs to step up. Its like he is going in reverse - Or hoping Leapie wins the title so he can get a decent pay day for a rematch.

I struggle to understand how anyone could be a fan of this guy? You even seem to accept he's never tried from what you have written above.

I remember that fat fvck's excuses and bullshit when our man, Mik Kirby, called him out, FatBoy Chauncy had challenged Mik when Mik was 5(2)-2-2, once Mik had a little more experience behind him, FatBoy Welliver presented every cowardly lame excuse under the sun. Mark Demori cannot be spoken about in the same breath as Welliver and 'No Hit' Sing, surely.

I cant see where you get that from what i wrote?> I know he has tried to get bigger fights through DKP only for the other fighter to turn it down. I'm seeing Leapie fighting for the WBO title and Brown fighting for the Commie title, Its disappointing as a fan of his, That Mark is not or has not put himself in some contention (With a top 15 rating in WBC/WBA) for a big fight after he beat Calloway. But again it must fall on management and money with a bit of luck thrown in to get a shot at a somebody not a nobody.

I think we have a misunderstanding, I fuckedup the quoting system first off, then I was referring to Chauncy Welliver, are you defending Mark or Welliver? I'm still on Mark's team, Welliver wasn't a chance!

You know, alls he has to do is fight a top 5 Australian and I would get back on his wagon. Calloway, is far from a good heavy weight victory.

Over 2 years ago I noticed that the majority of Marks' wins have been against fighters who have been stopped in 2 of their last 3 fights .
have a look at all the fighters who have 3 or more fights.
You are going to be suprised.
Ivica Perkovic who he won WBU and WBF titles off had won 2 of his last 8 fights and the 2 fighters he beat were
0-10-0 and 0-7-0.
Adnan Buharalija who he won the German version of the WBU championship off had been stopped in 4 out of his previous 5 fights.
A bottom trawling bully who targets damaged fighters.

As for his sexy boxing which I believe is sacrilegious he can stick that up his arse too.

The implied meaning I got from that was, at least Welliver tried. But that De Mori hasn't.

As for Calloway. He was a handy fighter years before but shot to bits by the time De Mori fought him. By then everyone was beating him, including Welliver.

De Mori has fought some woeful opposition. How many times have we heard talk of a big fight coming up only for him to be mismatched against another pre-damaged bum?

De Mori says on twitter he expects to be fighting on the Stiverne vs Arreola undercard. But has no idea who he will be fighting.

That's usually been the case. Not a word on him fighting on the Stiverne Arreola card. Probably just fight another bum.

If so, Raymond fits the bill as a typical de Mori opponent with:

won 24 (KO 19) + lost 17 (KO 13) + drawn 3 = 44 bouts with rounds boxed = 134 with KO % 43.18

Raymond, who fights under the alias of "King Kong", has lost 5 of his last 6 bouts.

The pattern continues by the look of it.

Is there a bigger imposter in Aussie boxing than this bloke?

just when u thought it couldn't get any worse.

10 years of claims of aiming for the top and now he is fighting this guy?

good for him if he gets enjoyment from this false cycle, but really, I don't know why he just doesn't go and do bodybuilding or something, he's making himself look silly imo.

he has gained zero credibility after all these years.

and seriously, he should try acting too. he seems to enjoy the show part and entertaining the crowd. I think there would be plenty of opportunities for him. the next incredible hulk maybe?

Wow. Ochieng can crack a bit that might make it interesting early on as he normally comes out swinging :box:

No mention of De Mori on the Stiverne Orreola bill. Maybe he has gone into hibernation again?
