Conception needs a knockout

Ya, strange post
And beating the 8th best SMW in the UK and probably Smiths 5th best opponent to date, all but guarantees Smith is unquestionably world class and has proven all us doubters wrong?
Bizarre
He did nothing wrong, and showed his class throughout followed by a perfect punch ending it (I, like you all, do not like to see anyone hurt).
He will continue to prove many wrong next year by winning a world title.
different style fighters , don't think kal would smash conlan as it would mean it would be scrap which i think would suit colan , kal is to slick for me ,in and outNaandrew wrote:Not the biggest Yafai fan but he smashes Conlanjameswilson wrote:wesshaw1985 wrote:how does Jamie Conlan compare with Kal Yafai?
I'd favour him v butler as well
Smith was 1/33 to win, 1/9 or so by stoppagecrusader wrote:Sure, maybe there was some negativity about Smith during the fight, but to suggest that he proved people wrong by KTFOing Luke friggin Blackledge is laughable. People were calling for the fight to be stopped precisely so we wouldn't see Blackledge hurt like that.
What were the odds for that fight? Hugely in Smith's favour I'm guessing....and don't criticize any Hearn fighter, or Autobarn will go on about your axe to grind with MR
Nobody said that. Haven't we got past that point yet? Are you deliberately misinterpreting that beating Blackledge is proving people wrong?crusader wrote:Sure, maybe there was some negativity about Smith during the fight, but to suggest that he proved people wrong by KTFOing Luke friggin Blackledge is laughable. Well then he really proved everyone wrong with that stoppage!Boxing Prospect wrote:Smith was 1/33 to win, 1/9 or so by stoppagecrusader wrote:Sure, maybe there was some negativity about Smith during the fight, but to suggest that he proved people wrong by KTFOing Luke friggin Blackledge is laughable. There was very little negativity. Valid questions were asked as to whether he could step up to world level. He was expected to stop blackledge and he did but is he still improving or has he stopped?Autobarn wrote:Well said, too many posters either overaxious or impatient for a quick result, or with a bitchy axe to grindsammy95 wrote:There was an abundance of negativity about Smith during that fight.davie wrote:

A competitive fight then?Neil Gee wrote:Conception's best round, but I thought Yafai landed the better quality. 9-0.

Smith will lose his World Title shot because he is not prepared to take the next step up.crusader wrote:Nobody said what? I know I'm going on about it, but I just find it such a strange post.
