game effort by the british level anthony fowler, but smith too seasoned and too tough

and why shannon courtenay has received such great backing from day 1, i have no idea.

fowler is the classic front runner, looks the boss bashing up little outgunned dudes, but falls apart a bit in 2 way fights

That's why I had a falling out with him very early. Just showboating over guys he shouldn't have even sparred with. And look where it got him. Smith was smiling during the first round, knowing all Fowlers crisp fresh flush shots were nothing.

Williamson cracked Cheeseman after a thrilling bout. Big Cheese after so many tough fights just could not take it anymore...

I thought for a minute Fowler could have outboxed Beefy but once Smith caught him, he battered him.

Fun main events saved another meh night.

Excellent show on DAZN today.

Courtenay vs Mitchell was a fun fight even though Mitchell dominated.

Cheeseman vs Williams was :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:
Wanted Cheeseman to win but what a fight!!

Smith vs Fowler was a fun fight too.
Another solid performance and win for the underrated Smith. Good job to him and I hope this win leads to a big fight for him.

I loved it too. And picked the wrong winner in each fight, which made it even more exciting. Lucky I kept my wallet closed

Really enjoyed the Cheeseman/Williamson fight, two tough men there and the Smith/Fowler was entertaining but Fowler has found his ceiling now.
Stupid question but during the Courtenay fight I noticed she wasn't wearing a bra or some sort of protector , I thought women had to wear one in fights ? Or did she put it on her leg by mistake ?

The family have had the majority of things there own way through out at domestic level for a long time. Ever likely there stroll round like they own it, fair play though as they always find a way to win.

How comes it’s mostly scousers that are detested..

Must be something.. it’s always the ones from Liverpool.

Me? Yeh.. but I don’t have an issue with Scousers. The ones I know are alright. I work with a lot of them as well..

The Liverpool boxers aswell, I’ve always liked Cal and Liam Smith, not fond of the rest, Fowler I never really got behind and Bellew is another..

Gotta say I really like Paul Smith as a commentator, knowledgable, well spoken and level headed.

I suppose you gotta give him a break when his brother is fighting, maybe they have some bad blood with Fowler too, Fowler has tended to upset some folk in the past.
