i was watching jack dempsey spar big bill tate and was wondering how was anybody ever supposed to beat this guy. you got all of that stuff that you hit in the gym but not any of it is where dempsey is going to be. he'd duck to your waist. you'd have to punch down at him; try to hit him on top of his head. but when you punched down, he'd punch up. throwing a punch at dempsey must have felt like jumping off a cliff.

I watched the entirety of the fight thinking Uchiyama was Muira and vice versa

Neither were classics, but I watched Tyson-Biggs and Tyson-Holmes. If you'd told me Larry would still be fighting 14 years later, I would have laughed at you.

Mancini vs Kym
I hate to sound like an ass. But that was a really entertaining fight until the death.
Kym gave everything in that fight and Mancini absorbed quite o bit of punishment himself

McCallum vs Donald Curry
McCallum vs Sumbu Kalambay
Mike looks vulnerable in the Curry fight prior to getting a dramatic one punch KO, but he gets thoroughly outboxed in the Kalambay fight in his 1st bid for a Middleweight title.

Bernard Hopkins vs Segundo Mercado 1
I had always heard about this one, but never watched it. Great fight. I think the draw was a fair call here though Hopkins was unfortunate not to have a knockdown in the 3rd round called in his favor.
