I think Fury is gonna show up for this one , photos i seen suggest the weights been coming off , he's been training hard , which to me sas movement , he's gonna try box Usky ,, use his footwork , then grab hold smother when Usyks close , Not excatly rocket science is it , doubt a profesor will give me an A PLUS for stating the obvious .

Usyk will know what to do no doubt about that , there ya go another talented observation

I've been giving it a lot of thought , my wife asked me who do you think will win , ( she's a better judge than me ) after all she's been watching me , then all her sons in the ring in one form or another for over half a century , she's become quite the expert

So i sat and thought about it long and hard , , then went Mmmm , in my expert opinion , i DON'T KNOW .

The wife then said to me , think back what did you used to always say about Fury , i did and i answered , HE'S OVERATED , .
correct she said you always used to say he ducks dives the good ones just acts the clown and become famous ,, correct i said , and also add in i used to say he beat an old man Klitchko , , then refused a rematch and at the time was on peds , (hog meat)

Whats he done since , she asked , well he had a trilology with a pretty much not very good what else she said , well he beat up a pretty old and bad Chisors , and a old and even worse Dylan , other than that really his resume much better than Wilder .

She then asked , what you always said about Usyk , that answer was simple BRILLIANT . Does Fury hit has hard has AJ she said , , i said don't be daft , she said AJ couldnt hurt or stop Usyk , will fury be able to outbox Usyk , better footwork , i said your being dafter there .

So with the simple logic of women , i came up with the brilliant conclusion the winner is gonna be , i STILL DON'T KNOW

Problem is its boxing and its that huge size of Fury plus his good engine , which still gives me doubts , given leeway , not pushed i'll say don't know maybee 50-50 fight ,,, backed into a corner i'm gonna say Usyk and possibly by stoppage if he can get his feet working quickly

So she said theres your answer ,

Surely Fury isn't going to try and box Usyk on the outside? Usyk is a master boxer. Fury will need to make this dirty and use every trick in the book, a bit like Chisora did. The worry for me is Fury winning this by a robbery on the cards. I think Usyk needs to stop him to win this.

How many times will Usyk put Fury on the floor before the mismatch is stopped. I’ll go for 5!

I’ll not be betting but come on, a wilful blindness going on that Fury 5 months on from a performance where he looked totally shot, that’s he’s actually turning it around.

I would'nt put too much stock on a fight he obviously did'nt train for properly , took lightly and then came across a guy just has strong has himself he could'nt manhandle .

Fury displayed no power whatsoever and his fabled skills seemed to have completely deserted him. If he is shot is going to be very obvious against Usyk and 12 rounds will be an awful long time to survive.

I voted a Fury stoppage, but that was a long time ago!
While I'll stick with my original choice, I'm leaning towards Fury winning a tight decision or a draw.
The real issue will be the ref, I think doing the octopus will be Fury's main tactic, leaning all over Usyk and wearing him out, then late while having him in a headlock with one arm, and popping him with an uppercut with the other

There's definitely some signs that his legs and punch resistance aren't what they used to be.

He's never been exactly iron chinned, but always had good powers of recovery, which I think he still has, his head seems to clear quickly after being put over.

Unless he's really gone, I cannot see an Usyk stoppage - Usyk wasn't even a devastating puncher at Cruiserweight, and at heavyweight, he doesn't look for stoppages, as he knows it's too risky to sit down on his punches. He had Joshua in trouble at the end of their 1st fight (I think it was fight 1) - but that was more due to fatigue.

I think Usyk wins as relatively close one, but there's a good chance he gets jobbed on the scorecards - it's likely to be an ugly fight, for once I agree with big John Fury - it's not going to be a classic - though of course I hope I'm proven wrong.

Usyk in 12.

I wouldnt be surprised if facial damage plays a part in this. Fury marks up easily these days and has bad scar tissue from his previous cuts. Not ideal when you're in against a technician of Usyk's calibre.

If you’re an existing subscriber then you pay £23.99 on top for the PPV.

If you’re new to DAZN then you pay £24.99 and get an additional month of DAZN included supposedly worth £19.99.
