He has just had his 21st when he had his first tilt at a World title.

ive heard this from a few people in the past including my bro i think

i couldnt see anything on the BBBC web but found a clipping from a Cleverly interview

"Cleverly’s undefeated record (11 wins from 11) has set him up for a possible crack at a British title which, because of age restrictions, won’t come before his 21st birthday in February."

Maybe it used to be different

i could never understant all the abuse khan would get for ducking a fight for the title
when he wasnt 21 anyway.

I always thought you had to be in your 21st year, so 20 years and 1 day!!

Can someone explain to me why Chisora cannot be suspended retrospectively.

There is clear video evidence of him biting Butlin, so why not suspend him?

From what I can gather Warren bailed the BBBC out and loaned them a considerable amount of money a few years back so they are basically in his pocket. Therefore his fighters can pretty much do what they want and get away with it. Chisora bites Butlin, laughs about it, and not a word said. It's a disgrace and I've been emailing reporters about it, hopefully a newspaper picks the story up.
