To even debate what transpired in this bout is ridiculous.

Dib should man up and admit what boxing fans already know, he was at fault and he caused the problems. Also, the announcer was basically on his knees blowing Dib like Ginger Lynn on John Holmes...it was as bad as any announcing I've heard and that includes the Colonel trying to pass of some shitty Mexican fighter as a tough, tough guy who's record doesn't accurately reflect his level of boxing.

Its the reff's fault I tell you. Dib I felt did do and acted the badguy and Yamaguchi like some of you's feel, was no saint either. The reff was suppose to control the fight and not allow any illegal happenings or warn/punish for any transgressions. The fighters were doing their job to KO or outbox the other to win the fight. To cut a long story short boxers did their job the reff however, did not control the fight.

Dib was in the wrong but he should still beat Yamaguchi in a rematch.

"Billy Don't Be a Hero" does not come into it. Yamaguchi was on the way out when it happened.
