i think khan has made a bit if a name for himself with his quicksilver style of fighting and quicksilver style of driving. yes, a bike, a pedestrian can run right into a car - out of the blue. we may never know what really happened. if i was a man of wealth and influence, and if i was at fault, i would try to smooth things out with the victim so that i wouldn't be in bother. i'd buy him a new bike for starters. i'm not suggesting they would do that

Not me mate.

I hate asians.

In seriousness, the regularity with which Amir seems to be coming to grief in his car leads me to think he's a bit of a fanny when it comes to driving.

Boxers are by nature going to be risk takers, it comes with the territory, he wouldn't be the first boxer to come a cropper one way or another due to incidents behind the wheel (Harry Simon, Carlos Monzon, Ike Ibeabuchi (earlier incident before jail), Diego Corrales, Jack Johnson) to name but a few.

Salvador Sanchez as well.

Boxers & fast things do not mix well.

what appears to have happened here is that a cyclist allegedly used a pedestrian crossing, which is where the collision occured.

Police statement from the Mirror: Police yesterday said: "The driver was not at fault and no further action will be taken."

Hatton was the bloke he ran over a couple of years ago not the guy on the bike.

The leniency shown toward drivers considering the number of injuries and deaths caused on the roads each year astonishes me.

When will people realise that when you get behind the wheel, you take charge of a de facto, if not de jure, weapon with the ability to do serious damage if not handled properly?

Listen, Khan clearly can't be trusted to stay behind a wheel.

He needs to have his license taken away for two years to think about his idiocy, he needs to be forced to do community service working with and helping the victims of crashes, he needs to be forced to retake his test to get it back, and told that he has a lifetime driving ban suspended sentence, so that if he’s caught fcuking up in the next decade he’s banned for life.

Maybe that’ll get the message through to the guy before he actually kills someone.
