How many times could Murray v Thaxton have happened. They could have fought for British and Euro titles in one fight! That one sure dribbled down the drain.

Jon Thaxton: surely end of road if he's lost below title level. What a comeback he had and how he deserved those titles - British and European - that he won. Well done warrior. A bit of bad luck when Mezaache spat the gumshield out - Jono could still have been champ had he managed the KO. I believe his career resurgance - unexpected to say that least - got in the way of John Murray's career. Murray has suffered for it. Surely Mr Mick pushes for Murray-Mezaache, especially if he has an option on the Frenchman.
