How good is David Haye ?

A strange comment from Haye concerning the Valuev fight

He said on his stool before the 12th round he looked across the ring and seen that Valuev didnt fancy the job anymore and he knew he had the beating of him

but he said it was "defenitely not the time to go for it (the KO)" - but rather just keep dancing out of danger

It makes me feel that Haye who as a Crusierweight was known for loving going to take people out ASAP - has a different mentality at heavyweight

He knows he is vunerable - and is on a smash and grab mission - knowing he is always one punch or a combination of punches of seeing his heavyweight mission crumble

He says he will be back to his old aggressive KO self against John Ruiz - lets hope so

But I suspect we are going to see alot more cautious David Haye from now on

And despite his bold worlds of knocking out Vitali and Wlad I feel if he ever does fight them - I think he is going to run all night

I think if Enzo made it to the later rounds he could have beaten Haye.

PS He beats Wlad but is knocked out by Vitali.....Wlad would shit himself, Haye is too quick and would go for an early KO IMO. Punches too hard...

Wlad has been in with big punchers but the majority, if not all of them, are slow as fornicate.

Most heavies look like they're fighting underwater...Rahman, Peter etc

Klit would soak up whatever Haye throws and stop him..

Vitali is underrated in the sense that he looks nothing special - but is obviosuly very difficult to beat

I just dont see what Haye can do to make him win this fight

Kevin Johnson fight was not impressive because Johnson didnt come to fight he just came to survive and defend off the ropes

Very difficult to look good against someone who has no ambition or intention to go for it - but just wants to survive the 12 rounds
