for such an active forum with thousands of users (some actually know what their talking about), and all these years in, it should be much better - so should the ratings!

Whilst I dont like it - I dont pay to come on here and thus I feel the Owners and people who work hard on making this place a success can do what they want.
If we subscribed to the place then perhaps we could have more of a say.

It actually does hurt the eyes. I for one have spent a lot less time on the forum since it changed.

You've improved the topic listing a lot by making it less busy, John. I feel the posts could do with some work. Something to help distinguish between them, and something to make it more apparent who made the post.
Just as an example, please see below (all I've done is put a divider between the posts and made the usernames bigger):

It's not perfect, but I think it's better than the current.

i dont like it, its far easier for peope at work to see what im doing, this new format is actually putting the surgeons off doing their job, they should be concentrating on the patients, hang your head in shame boxrec !!! ....
