If no one excepts (as Usual) He will fight Tiger Tim Bell.
Mr Harry Matthews is upset about his recent loss to Eric Lucas. He would like a rematch.
Both these fights will be at Madison Square Garden.
Benn, How about Conn Vs Matthews? You name any venue as long as it's in Mexico. I think that would be neutral enough. Think we'd sell any tickets? If not Mexico make it Russia.
We accept this fight, As long as Mr Rosenbloom is willing to except a challenge from Mr Langford next week, should he win the Title.
Otherwise Mr Matthews has some unfinished business with Lucas

Dear Mr BenK
GoldenBuzzPromotions does not abide by "quid pro quos" or any double dealing, high falootin' back stabbery or larcenous back room deals. We are a high quality, value driven, organization that knows only simple common sense and fair mindedness. Much like your own organization.
As fate would have it week 19 is "Corrupt Commish Cumpulsory Week". A week in which no one can call their own shots due to rampant political power gone mad. As a result we are unable to make such a committment. We of course wish we could somehow work something out with you on this matter.
If we should hold such cards in the following week, we would of course consider Sam's eligiblity, viability, amiability as well as review his past record, taking into consideration the public's desire for such a face off. He'll need to submit a recent physical and fill out all the championship challenger event paperwork.
Would that suffice?
Billy Conn feels that if he can't quite beat your "A" fighter, he can certainly punish and pummel your "B" fighter in a way that will leave a distinct impression.
However in the spirit of full disclosure, this will leave your "B" fighter with and addtional "L" on his record as well as a likely "KO".
We look forward to your final decision in this matter.

Now that's what I call "boxing politics".
There are lads on here who could give Don King a run for his money (whats left of it).

If Michael Spinks a former HW champ is allowed here, shouldnt' Corey also be allowed to participate? He's not a LHW either.

The 3 Cs would like to reply to this comment by simply saying:
"Froch wanted to fight Eubank... There was no answer.
Later, Eubank didn't want Froch... They tried to set Carl up with Hopkins.
THEN, after the Eubank vs Froch was nearly signed... Venues couldn't be agreed.
You had your chance, Smally.
But I will not rule out a Froch vs Eubank fight for the near future.
The End wrote: How about Tarver vs Froch
Again, Froch has Tarver in his sights. Sadaly this is not the time for this particular fight to happen.
Deno1986 wrote: Wasn't Froch calling out Eubank only yesterday?
He was and he did... But a fight venue couldn't be agreed.
Froch will fight Cleverley. 'nuff said.

I never said that.
Why don't you a fight a top contender instead of trying to bully the new guys into big fights, too quick, too soon.
And it's laughable that you are manipulating my words...
What does that say about you?

I didn't manipulate your words, I simplified them and by the way Tarver is a new guy who is simply trying to fight a fellow new guy .

I think you mean Deno... It's his fighter you will be fighting.
When you say "sign it" - does this mean I just have to agree to a fight, or do I have to mail the commish with the fights that I want?
