Mike Tyson popped in to see a local trainer Brian Coleman in a place called Mountain Ash so had a chat with him for some time.

Chris Eubank called in to a barbers in Talbot Green called Back and sides for a hair cut.

Met hundreds of fighters at venues but these 2 were random.

Michael Watson shopping for clothes near Liverpool St

David Haye on the way to and from the buffet car on the Liverpool-London train (he was in first class, I wasn't)

Ricky Hatton twice in Dusseldorf bars. Friday night he was rather drunk, saturday night I was rather drunk. Bought him a pint of guiness...it just got put on the bar with the other 10 pints others had bought him. Decent bloke from what I remember, not many world class boxers who will stand next to a rowdy pissed up group of scousers grabbing him for multiple photos.

Seen Liverpool light middle Michael Jones in a club once and got a photo taken with him.

Bumped into Jonny Nelson and his wife at the MEN. Myself and a bunch of mates got on a photo with Jonny. Mate lost camera. It was Kevo. Tit.

A few but the one that stands out is Nigel Benn. I was stood next to him in a queue at Kings Cross Station (it was midday and I'd just been propositioned outside by a prozzie...). I told him I'd just read his autobiography and he was dead chuffed.

Evander Holyfield at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. He was leaving the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre after watching the Quarters (i think) of the boxing. He stopped to sign autographs and take pictures with a few fans that noticed him slip out of a side entrance.

Randomly saw Hatton in street in Manchester with his bird at about 4am just before crimbo. Seen Hatton a few times like that I guess he's gona be the most spotted cos he's a pisshead and most well known.

Mike Holden used to come in my work (worked part time at the co-op) when I was about 16 buying a couple of boxes of tuna every week or 2. That's about as good as it gets for me lol.

It was a good few years ago when he was at the top of his game.

He was sober. I was nutted. But fair play to him, we had a long chat about boxing in general and the Calzaghe fight in particular.
If you feel like sharing the what he had to say on the Calzaghe fight, i'd be very interested to hear it.

I met him recently in Baker St and rode the tube with him, he gave me his e-mail as I got a photo with him and he asked me to send it.

Top man, really friendly and looked great for a 60 year old, or whatever he is.

If Nicky had built the machine, it would park your car for you and service it while you were ringside.

Bobby Czyz was a member of MENSA - even wore their T-shirt on the way to the ring for his beating against Evander Holyfield - which goes to show how overrated the intellect factor to get into MENSA actually is!

I am just jealous because I have an IQ of 80!
