I'd say bar 2 of those, Harrison should if on form be favourite to beat to the rest of thsoe fighters.jameswilson wrote:kingfinn wrote:Fury v Harrison - surely having the english heavyweight belt makes him a half realistic challenger for a european title shot even though he isnt in the EBU rankings.

Povetkin and Adamek are the ones i would have as clear favourites, i think Valuev would get out pointed with relative ease Audleys very skilled and its going land scoring shots all night and valuev hasnt got the power to take him out..iamasadlittleboy wrote:Which 2?kingfinn wrote:I'd say bar 2 of those, Harrison should if on form be favourite to beat to the rest of thsoe fighters.jameswilson wrote:

I'd favour Valuev (just), Povetkin (Easy), Adamek (easy), Pianeta (probably), Andrzej WAWRZYK (Easily) and Helenius (Easily)
Pulev will surely be ranked after his 8th fight?...
This particular fight is off, but the title shot is not. Audley will face the highest-ranked available challenger.MrBoxingUK2 wrote:good job this fight is off. fraudley doesn't deserve a ebu title shot
He's getting it one it sounds like though..... against probably a worst opponent than Sosnowski.MrBoxingUK2 wrote:good job this fight is off. fraudley doesn't deserve a ebu title shot
any half decent heavyweight will beat audleyoliverfennell wrote:This particular fight is off, but the title shot is not. Audley will face the highest-ranked available challenger.MrBoxingUK2 wrote:good job this fight is off. fraudley doesn't deserve a ebu title shot
We dont yet who the opponent is good be better.stujones wrote:He's getting it one it sounds like though..... against probably a worst opponent than Sosnowski.MrBoxingUK2 wrote:good job this fight is off. fraudley doesn't deserve a ebu title shot
They can put the pole Prozka the Eu middle champ on the bill instead of that opponent.exittored wrote:I can imagine Barry Hearn selling a couple of thousand tickets to Polish fans over here so maybe the best solution out of the top 20 would be Andrzej WAWRZYK, he has a fight coming up so would already be in training.
lol what for 3 seconds before being slumped against the ropes wondering where he was.deadpan wrote:Audley beats Valuev? Coleman Barrett had him going into his shell for a while. Valuev would bring out the full A Force tortoise.
Who realistically is a better European fighter than Sosnowski is not eyeing up a world title fight?leforge wrote:We dont yet who the opponent is good be better.stujones wrote:He's getting it one it sounds like though..... against probably a worst opponent than Sosnowski.MrBoxingUK2 wrote:good job this fight is off. fraudley doesn't deserve a ebu title shot
Daft question but what are the EBU ranking based on?stujones wrote:Who realistically is a better European fighter than Sosnowski is not eyeing up a world title fight?leforge wrote:We dont yet who the opponent is good be better.stujones wrote: He's getting it one it sounds like though..... against probably a worst opponent than Sosnowski.
I would be extrememly surprised if the likes of Valuev, Adamek, Povetkin would go for it..... who else in Europe (excluding the Klitchsko's also) is better than Sosnowski?
I aint saying he is the second coming, and Klitchsko will smash him. But he beats Pianeta, Sexton, Rogan etc who are among the up echoleons in the EBU rankings.
Will we get Williams vs Harrison 3.... Hearn wanted it before, it didn't work. Williams somehow still has a top 20 EBU ranking.
Even allowing for what presumably is your point that Valuev is a relative non-puncher, can you honestly envisage Colin Kenna going the distance with him?kingfinn wrote:Id hedge my bets that coleman hits harder than valuev
