No idea. I'm convinced that he has confused me with somebody - the hate in his email reply was staggering!
The other fighter was Matt Skelton - he was presumably upset over some things I said in about 2004 about his skills, which would mean that he ignored about 500 references on radio, tv and in the papers to his heart, desire and power.

I thought that Honeyghan was magnificent. It's John H.Stracey tonight (23rd) on ESPN Classic at 11:05. This series has been about looking back and watching the fighters putting it all on the line in hard, hard fights.

Any chance of a channel taking up your old Setanta show Steve? What were the viewing figures like for the show? (If you don't mind me asking).

I think that Vaca fight was Honeyghun at his absolute peak. Never the same fighter after that... Laboured to a win via a bollocks shot against an oriental opponent and then looked shot against the Brilliant Starling.

Loved introducing my son to Bob Foster last night. Heck old Finnegan could take a shot.
